Hast du versucht dich mit einer Apple ID anzumelden? Wenn ja, gehe zurück und überspringe die Apple ID Anmeldung. So kannst du akzeptieren. Apple ID später einrichten wenn alles fertig ist.

Hallo zusammen,

ich hänge mich auch mal an dieses Thema. Mein iMac 2017 ist mittlerweile extrem langsam. War er eigentlich schon immer. Ich vermute, dass vor allem meine Importe aus Time Machine, die noch auf meinen alten Systemen von 2009 basieren daran Schuld sind.Ich habe nun den Installationsstick für Ventura erstellt und bin kurz vorm Cleaninstall. Frage hierzu:
Meine Benutzer kann ich jeweils aus der cloud heraus laden, ohne dass ich TM nutzen muss. Ist das soweit richtig oder muss ich hierzu noch was beachten?

Hi,
Sofort ein Backup erstellen, und die HDD gegen eine SSD tauschen, die HDD ist kurz vor einem Ausfall, Failing hard drive.

Deine (mechanische) Festplatte scheint langsam aber sicher kaputt zu gehen – das wird mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit auch der Grund dafür sein, dass das Teil so langsam ist. Da muss ein SSD rein (oder das System extern auf SSD laufen) und du solltest kontinuierlich Backups machen (via Time Machine am besten) ;)

Das Programm würde ich mit AppCleaner deinstallieren – es verschlimmbessert nur; hat aber erstmal wohl eher nichts mit deinem Problem zu tun.

SSD muss ich noch bestellen.
Aber wenn ich mir ansehe, wie meiner alter (zweiter) iMac von 2009 wieder rennt, dann habe ich halt die Hoffnung, dass das auch mein neuerer von 2017 hinbekommt.

Du verlierst alles, was nicht über iCloud eingespielt wird, und das sind eigentlich nur die Apple Dienste (wie Notizen, Erinnerungen, Kalender etc. – insofern du da die iCloud nutzt). Sämtliche Daten, die nicht in iCloud Drive liegen, und alle Programme samt Konfigurationen sind sonst weg. Also es ist deutlich komfortabler, wenn du Time Machine nutzt ;)

Mit SSD sollte das Teil wieder super laufen, da wäre ich ganz zuversichtlich – solange nicht bspw. ein Kabel eine Beschädigung hat.

Bei einem gebraucht gekauften Mac starte bitte IMMER mit alt+cmd+R - nur so wird die Internetrecovery geladen, damit lässt sich die verbaute Festplatte komplett löschen (partitionieren) und nur so kann sichergestellt werden, dass keine Manipulationen oder ähnliches vorhanden bleiben.

Also, (bei Gebrauchtkauf) immer folgendes vorgehen (sofern nicht ein Installer USB Stick genutzt wird):
Vorbereitung: Wenn möglich den Mac, wie es @Katrin G gemacht hat, mittels Kabel ans Internet bringen.
1. alt+cmd+R drücken und halten und dabei den Mac einschalten
2. Warten bis die Internet Recovery geladen ist
3. Festplattendienstprogramm (FPDP) öffnen
4. Im FPDP oben links auf "Darstellung" -> "Alle Geräte einblenden" klicken
5. die HDD/SSD in der Liste links auf 'oberster' Ebene anwählen und -> "Löschen" (üblicherweise: Format GUID, Dateisystem APFS)
6. FPDP wieder schliessen und ...
7. macOS installieren
8. Mac anschliessend nach belieben einrichten/konfigurieren
