Xbox 2 Entwickler-Kits ab 1. Quartal 2005
Microsoft plant Entwickler-Kits der Xbox 2 im 1. Quartal 2005 an die Hersteller auszuliefern. Die Systeme sollen aus einem Mac G5 (welcher ist unbekannt) und einer R500 Karte bestehen....
und weiter: It's kind of funny but you have to remember that XboX 2 uses a RISC CPU and is not Intel X64 compliant CPU anymore.
It will be funny to see this G5 machine running some kind of Windows OS.
Microsoft is doing huge things to make this console successful. A Microsoft OS that runs on G5, a change of its graphic partner from Nvidia to ATI and a risk it for a frisket with a RISC CPU.

Steinstark.. muss ja ne heiße Konsole werden..miam... Gerüchte behaupten, dass die X-Box 2 20 mal Leistungsfähiger sein soll als die jetzige.
Und dann noch die Entwicklung auf einem Mac? Heißt dass, dass die Games easy auf einem Mac portiert werden können?
