Sleep Mode Kernel Panic MBP A1706

Liebe Community,

ich habe schon seit längerer Zeit das Problem, dass mein Mac im Batteriebetrieb in den Sleep Mode geht und abstürzt.
Es gibt bereits einige Themen im Forum, da aber Panic Logs individuell sind dachte ich, probiere ich es mal so:
Ich habe bereits den SMC Controller zurückgesetzt und die Hardware-Diagnose durchgeführt - leider ohne Ergebnis oder Lösung.. Als Laie hab ich's nun erstmal auf den Fehler "Failed to quiesce supporting devices in last sleep attempt" eingegrenzt, aber wirklich weiter bringt mich das nicht bei der Problembehebung. Wird die Schwarmintelligenz evtl. aus dem Panic Log schlau? Danke vorab und euch eine schöne Woche!

Wird die Schwarmintelligenz evtl. aus dem Panic Log schlau? Danke vorab und euch eine schöne Woche!

Aus dem Log wahrscheinlich eher nicht, denn das ist in der Form leider unlesbar.

Wenn das "Unterstützende Geräte konnten beim letzten Energiesparversuch nicht stillgelegt werden" Fakt sein sollte, alle externen Geräte halt mal vom Mac trennen und schauen ob es tatsächlich so ist. Alternativ kann man die Energiesparoptionen auf dem Mac ändern oder auch mal testweise komplett ausschalten.

Von dem Programm habe ich schon mal gehört – das mache ich umgehend! Der Fehler tritt leider auch auf, wenn kein externes Gerät am Mac angeschlossen ist..

Zudem scheinst du VPN-Software aller Art zu mögen, soviele wie du installiert hast. Und Firewalls. Und Ad-Blocker.

All diese Software greift durchaus tief ins System ein und kann -muss nicht- solche panics verursachen. Danke mal drüber nach, ob du das wirklich brauchst (eher unwahrscheinlich) und deinstalliere das dann nach Herstelleranweisung!

Ubrigens: den Panic log kannst du auch in Code-Tags posten. Dann kann man ihn auch lesen. Ein EtreCheck-Report gibt bei Kernel Panics ehr wenig bis nichts her, außer den genannten Allgemein-Plätzen

das finde ich schade, wobei ich dich doch in dem editierten Beitrag extra gefragt hatte ob Du mir einen Tipp geben kannst, wie ich es sauber darstelle. Mir ist das schon aufgefallen.. ich habe das Protokoll sowohl aus den Systeminformationen, als direkt direkt aus der Konsole versucht zu kopieren und hier sowohl "Allgemeiner Code" als auch "Apple Script" als Sprache fürs Code einfügen probiert – leider mit dem gleichen Ergebnis (der gesamte Code in einer Zeile). Weißt Du wie ich es anders machen kann?

Als erstes ist mal auffällig das der Akku des Books gemeckert wird.. dessen Kapazität erschöpft ist. Den Akku kann man tauschen (lassen).
Mit 1496 Ladezyklen wird das halt auch schon so sein.

Als zweites stehen da Systemabstürze, dessen Verursacher man suchen muss.
Als drittes steht das das es Programmabstürze gibt - die im einzelnen gesucht werden sollten.

Was genau abstürzt steht auf der letzten Seite ziemlich unten, inkl. Bluetooth.

Weiter unten stand irgend wo das nur noch 3,x GB Arbeitsspeicher frei währen. Das ist ein bisschen eng.
Testweise würde ich mich testweise von Antivirensoftware und irgend welche Cloud-Helfern zuerst trennen. (Microsoft OneDrive)
Deinstallieren, schauen ob das verhalten dann besser wird.
Was seltsamerweise bei den meisten Nutzern im Protokoll steht denen Macs "abstürzen".

Mit nur 8 GB RAM ist das Book nicht üppig ausgestattet, bei vielem offen Kram ist das RAM eben auch viel voll.

Testweise würde ich auch mal die meisten offenen Programme schliessen bevor das Book in den Ruhezustand geht.

Backups scheint dein Book ja anzulegen, aber offensichtlich mit einer ziemlich hohen CPU Last.

Angehen würde ich die Sache der Reihe nach, d.h zuerst würde ich mich nach Möglichkeit von dem Akku trennen.

Das lässt sich ohne Wissen über das Speicher-Swapping nicht deuten. 3GB von 8GB frei wirkt auf mich erstmal völlig in Ordnung.

Den Akku kann ich mir als Schuldigen auch nicht vorstellen, da die Panics dann auch im normalen Betrieb auftreten müssten.

@Niki18: ohne vernünftig formatierten Panic-Log wird es hier wohl nicht weiter gehen können.
