kernel panic in sleep

Liebe Schwarmintelligenz,
vor etwa 10 Tagen hat mein MacBook Pro angefangen, fast jedes Mal, wenn es von selbst in den Sleep Mode geht, abzustürzen. Wenn ich es in den Sleep Mode schalte, kann es danach öfters normal weiterlaufen, aber wenn es selbst "einschläft", lässt es sich danach nicht mehr "wecken" sondern startet neu mit der Meldung "Your computer restarted because of a problem". Mittlerweile (ein Mal gestern und ein Mal heute) startete es mit dem Fragezeichen-Symbol.

Ich habe mittlerweile ohne Ergebnis Diagnostics und Disk Utility drüberlaufen lassen, NVRAM und SMC resettet und gestern auf Ventura 13.6.3 geupdated, es hat alles nichts gebracht. Ich hänge hier den letzten Absturzbericht und den Bericht von EtreCheck an. Mein Wissen reicht leider nicht aus, um daraus auch nur annähernd schlau zu werden. Freue mich über Hilfe!

Ein panisches Update auf eine neuere macOS Version bringt eher nichts wenn nicht die vorher bereits vorhandenen Probleme eliminiert wurden.

Mein Tipp:

Dein Panic Log zeigt, dass der zuletzt geladene Treiber / Kext mit einer NVMe SSD zusammen hängt, die womöglich via Thunderbolt angeschlossen ist.

Entweder du ziehst die im Ruhezstand ab, oder sie wird wegen mangelnder Stromversorgung ausgeworfen (Akku-Problem?) oder ist nicht schnell genug wieder online, wenn der Mac aufwachen will.

Hmmm interessant, ich habe nämlich keine externe Festplatte

Das Einzige, was ab und an angeschlossen ist, ist ein Bildschirm (über USB-Hub & HDMI-Kabel, beides billo von Amazon). Könnte der Bildschirm fälschlicherweise als Festplatte erkannt werden? Allerdings passieren die Abstürze auch, wenn der gar nicht dran ist.

Der Akku ist im Mai 2021 ausgetauscht worden, war komplett hinüber. Er war nach 222 Ladezyklen nur noch bei 52% Kapazität. Es ist das ganze Topcase getauscht worden. Aufgefallen war mir das Problem, weil der Lüfter viel zu stark lief. Das Ganze stellte sich als Garantiefall heraus, aber wohl nicht wegen des Lüfters oder des Akkus, sondern wegen der Tastatur, die bei diesem Modell irgendwelche fehlerhaften Tasten hatte, die tatsächlich klemmten. Jetzt ist der Akku nach 833 Zyklen laut coconut bei 82%, was doch gar nich mal so schlecht ist, oder?

Das muss ich mal ausprobieren, ich lasse es fast nie mit Kabel dran einschlafen. Was würde das heißen, falls es ohne Kabel nicht abstürzt? Was ich auch noch versuchen wollte ist, das MacBook etwas länger im safe mode laufen zu lassen, das habe ich in irgendeinem Forum gelesen. (Kurz in den safe mode gehen und dann einschlafen lassen führte auch zu einem Crash).
Tatsächlich ist es ein paarmal passiert, dass das MacBook aus dem Ruhezustand nicht mehr startete, ich dachte der Akku sei leer und es dann mit dem Ladekabel wieder anging (ohne Crash). Der Akkustand war dann aber bei um die 20-40%, es lag also nicht an fehlender Power, was auch merkwürdig ist.

Mit kein Ergebnis meinte ich Disk Utility und Diagnostics. Da wurde mir jeweils angezeigt, dass alles ok ist, was mich wundert. Ich habe in den LogFiles ein paar Reports gefunden, weiß allerdings nicht, welchen genau du meinst bzw. wo genau der Hinweis darauf steht (ich sehe bei den beiden Reports, die ich geteilt habe, leider wirklich *null* durch)? Bei den Crashereports in Console ist nur einer von OneDrive, aus welchem Grund auch immer fünf Tage alt, obwohl seitdem schon alles mögliche andere passiert ist.

Das Update habe ich gemacht, weil es halt aufgetaucht ist und weil ich in ein paar Mac Support Foren Einträge von Usern gelesen habe, die unter dem letzten Betriebssystem Probleme mit Kernel Panic hatten und für die das Update es gelöst hat. Deshalb dachte ich, kann man ja mal versuchen, naja...
Jedenfalls tauchte vor einer halben Stunde ca. das Fragezeichen wieder auf und diesmal - *wirklich Panik* - hat Disk Utility nur die OS X Base System Partition angezeigt, nicht den Macintosh Disk mit den Daten, d. h. ich hätte auch nicht - das wäre jetzt noch mein last resort gewesen - das Betriebssystem neu installieren können. Ich habe es mehrmals versucht, safe mode ging auch nicht etc. etc. Und dann - surprise - startete das MacBook, nachdem ich den Strom anschloss, als wäre nichts gewesen. Und wieder, wie oben: Der Akku war nicht leer (sonst wäre es ja vorher gar nicht angegangen, auch nicht mit dem Fragezeichen).

Irgendwelche Ideen, was da los sein oder was ich noch ausprobieren könnte? Ich suche gern noch sämtliche verfügbaren Reports etc. raus, wenn ich weiß, welche genau das sind

Ich nutze seit etwas über einem halben Jahr nicht mehr das Apple Netzteil sondern dieses hier https://www.anker.com/eu-en/products/a2148?variant=42129607360702 Das Original-Netzteil ist top in Schuss, ich habe mir das andere nur wegen der Mehrfachanschlüsse geholt. Nach ca. 2 Monaten musste es umgetauscht werden, weil es recht laut piepte, das aktuelle scheint aber ok und Anker stellt ja eigentlich auch qualitativ hochwertige Produkte her.

es kann auch die interne SSD betreffen, bspw. Kabelverbindungen. Eventuell ist da was beim Akkutausch nicht ganz korrekt gelaufen.

Wenn es die SSD ist kannst du nichts machen, da die verlötet ist. Wenn es der Akku ist, so wie es EtreCheck sagt, tausche ihn vielleicht aus.

Ansonsten sieh dir deine Helferlein durch, deinstalliere die unnötigen Dinge. Irgendwo steht was mit Profilen. (ich habe deine Logs nicht gründlich gelesen, da sie nicht in Code sind), deinstalliere die wenn möglich.

Wenn mich nicht alles täuscht, dann könnte das das Problem sein, das in diesem Thread beschrieben ist und da hat jemand geschrieben, dass die SSD bei dem Modell getauscht werden kann. Wie siehst du das?

Wo finde ich bei EtreCheck den Hinweis auf Akkuprobleme? Also da steht was von "High battery cycle count - Your battery may be losing capacity." aber auch "Battery: Health = Normal" und die Kapazität ist laut Coconut bei 82%. Also ja, etwas capacity ist definitiv lost, aber nicht sooo krass, dache ich... Ist das schon problematisch?

Ich post sie nochmal in Code und freue mich über Feedback. Ich habe an sich keine Programme, die ich nicht nutze (außer der Standarddinger von Apple, die sich nicht löschen lassen, Stocks und so). Was ich allerdings gefunden hatte, waren z. Könnte das das gleiche Problem sein und wäre da ein Ersatz möglich? Die Meldung scheint ja haargenau die gleiche zu sein, das Laptopmodell auch.

Die Meldung sagt halt die PCI Verbindung geht flöten, ob sich die SSD bewegt oder sonst was wäre die Frage.

Tatsächlich ist es ein paarmal passiert, dass das MacBook aus dem Ruhezustand nicht mehr startete, ich dachte der Akku sei leer und es dann mit dem Ladekabel wieder anging (ohne Crash). Der Akkustand war dann aber bei um die 20-40%, es lag also nicht an fehlender Power, was auch merkwürdig ist.

Wenn es ohne Netzkabel nie abstürzen würde würde ich dann doch den Akku tauschen.

Das passiert dann halt auch im Ruhezustand und kann dann schon genau das sein was du siehst.
Eben mal einfach ein Volume durch manuelles abstecken oder durch einen defekt verschwinden lassen geht halt nicht ohne
weiter folgen wenn es sich um das Startvolume handelt.

Also ohne mechanisch tätig zu werden nur durch ausprobieren von irgend was kommst du da eher nicht weiter.

Die SSD würde ich tauschen. Zumindest meine ich das müsste bei dem Modell noch gehen.

Schlecht daran ist das man erst mehr weiß hat man das tatsächlich gemacht hat.
Genau so gut kann die SSD auch nicht defekt sein und das Problem liegt auf dem Board.

Vorher könnte man natürlich macOS auf einer externen SSD, einem Volume darauf starten und schauen ob das Book damit auch abstürzt.
Selbst wenn die interne SSD wieder "verschwindet" sollte das theoretisch keinen Absturz verursachen da das Book davon ja nicht gestartet wurde.

Die PCI-Meldung kann ja weiterhin erscheinen, dürfte aber keine Auswirkungen haben solange man der Maschine sein macOS nicht einfach weg nimmt.

Stürzt es dann doch ab ist meiner Meinung nach mehr als vermutet.
