Sorry, ich habe die Anleitung nur bis Punkt 8 gelesen. Aber der Beitrag ist immer noch zu lang (Fehlermeldung). Ich versuche es mit mehreren Posts.

Nachdem ich Antivirus gelesen habe, aufgehört. Erst mal den Müll weg, und dann weiter testen.
 
Ja, gerne, aber als Laie, als den ich mich sehe, ist es schwierig festzustellen, was Müll ist...
 
Ich vermute das mit dem Müll, dein Antiviren Programm gemeint war/ist.

Der Ratschlag wäre also dein Antiviren Programm zu deinstallieren.

Auch wenn mein Französisch sehr mangelhaft ist, meine ich herauszulesen, dass deine Festplatte langsam und voll ist. Unter Systemeinstellungen > Allgemein > Speicher mal nachforschen. Als Faustformel sollten immer mindestens 10 % besser 20 % der Festplatte frei bleiben.
 
Öhm, diese %-Quoten für freien Plattenplatz sind Unsinn. Das mag vielleich mal in den frühen 90ern mal gepasst haben, aber das ist laaaaange her. :)

200GB auf einer 1TB-SSD freihalten zu müssen ist pure Verschwendung. Ich persönlich schaue, daß ich 20-50GB frei habe (vrmtl. ist das auch schon höher, als es müsste). Manchmal reize ich den Platz temporär auf bis zu 5GB frei aus. Bei System-Updates sehe zu, daß ich 20-30GB auch frei habe.

Es hängt ein bisschen vom eigenen Gebrauch ab, wieviel man frei halten sollte. (Aktuell bin ich bei 80GB frei.)

Danke fürs Mitdenken, aber ich würde mal annehmen, dass 50GB (5% von 1TB) für Dinge wie "genügend Spielraum für Updates, temporäre Dateien und andere Systemaktivitäten" voll ausreichen.

Zum kernel_task-Problem:
Ich habe Bitdefender definitiv deinstalliert, auf Anraten der alten Hasen (das Erwähnen von Cleaner- und AntiVirus-Software treibt offenbar den Puls sofort in die Höhe, ich nehme mal an: zu Recht), dem Support von BitDefender das Problem geschildert und um Rückerstattung gebeten.
Vor allem: Es wirkt zu 95% (besser wäre 100%). Ich hatte zwischenzeitlich nur noch einen einzigen Vorfall, den ich aussitzen konnte - nach ein paar Minuten war der Spuk vorbei.

... und ich würde mich ja gerne vom Müll befreien, der sich über die Jahrzehnte angesammelt hat, aber alles zu sichern, neu aufzusetzen und zum Laufen zu bringen bedeutet wohl eine Woche Arbeit, was mich bisher davon abgehalten hat.
