Kann von externer Festplatte keine Daten kopieren

Hallo,

in meinem alten MacBook Pro (2011) hatte ich eine zusätzliche Festplatte einbauen lassen. Letzte Woche habe ich sie wieder ausbauen und in ein Gehäuse einbauen lassen um sie als externen Speicher für mein nagelneues MacBook Air zu benutzen. Nun habe ich das Problem, dass ich keinerlei Daten von dieser Festplatte auf den neuen Rechner ziehen kann. Das gleiche Problem habe ich mit meinen USB Sticks. Woran liegt es, was kann ich tun?

Normalerweise war es so, dass ich eine Datei anklicke und in den gewünschten Ordner einfach rüber ziehe. Oder Rechtsklick, kopieren, einfügen. geht beides nicht.

in welches verzeichnis willst du denn kopieren?
eventuell ist das schreibgeschützt, daher einfach mal einen anderen ordner probieren wie Downloads o.ä.

Ich kann die Dateien sehen, lesen und auch löschen. Aber ich kann sie nicht einmal irgendwohin ziehen und die Option kopieren wird nicht angezeigt, nur duplizieren.

ich kann sie nicht nehmen. wenn ich sie anklicke um sie zu ziehen, färbt sich der Dateiname blau und ich kann ihren Namen ändern. Aber ich kann sie nicht einfach nur anklicken.

ha, habs gefunden. Das Trackpad hat neue Funktionen, habs auf mich eingestellt. Drag und drop funktioniert wieder. Bin halt ein noob.

ja, das ist ein anderes Problem, das ich gerade versuche mit apple support zu lösen. Obwohl meine apple id mit Deutschland verknüpft ist, ist mein iTunes Store, ohne mein aktives Zutun mit Mexiko verknüpft (ich bin sehr oft in Mexiko). Deshalb kann ich da nichts runterladen.

Ja das habe ich mir auch schon gedacht, vor allem weil ich noch andere Probleme mit Safari habe. Bevor ich den alten Rechner auf den neuen emigriert habe, hatte ich im hiesigen Apple Store nachgefragt, als ich die Festplatte hatte ausbauen lassen. Und der Techniker dort meinte, nein sei alles in Ordnung, pfft. Jetzt habe ich seit 4 Tagen einen neuen Rechner und nix klappt richtig, genau wie zum Schluss mit meinem alten.
