EXTREM langsam nach MB Air Update von Mojave auf Monterey

Hallo Leute,

ich habe mein MB Air nach sehr sehr langer Zeit mal geupdated und bereue es. Viele Programme wie Finder, FaceTime oder MS Office haken plötzlich und es kommt zum Programmabsturz bzw. eher das es nicht mehr reagiert und ich es über den Task Manager beenden muss.
Mein MB Daten:

gibt es eine option zu einer zwischenversion zu updaten? Ich denke einfach mein MB ist zu alt? Oder gibt es tipps wie man den MB schneller bekommt? deaktivieren von sachen?

Ich habe bei CCleaner schon vieles deaktiviert. Aber da gibt es noch viele Programme von denen ich nicht weiß was sie sind.

Diese Aktionen, kann man auch ohne CCleaner ausführen, sowas ist wie den Teufel mit Beelzebub austreiben, vergiss und Deinstallier diesen Müll.

Ich habe das Update ganz normal über das Mac ausgeführt, davor ein Backup erstellt.
Sollte ich noch was beachtet haben?

Starte mal mit D gedrückt für die Hardware Diagnose.
Falls die kein Problem vermeldet, dann die SMART Werte der SSD auslesen.
Eventuell mal Etrecheck einen Bericht erstellen lassen.

... nach einem Update läuft erst mal Spotlight und indiziert die Änderungen. Bei einem Systemupdate kann das dauern.

Zudem ist mir aufgefallen, dass du Monolingual verwendest. Das kann durchaus sehr problematisch sein, da es in die App-Bundles eingreift und dadurch die Integrität und eine gültige Code-Signierung verloren geht. Lass das. Es bringt auch nichts hinsichtlich des Speicherbedarfes. Soviel machen die Sprachen nicht aus.

Um das zu "reparieren", installiere macOS nochmals drüber.

Das Deinstallieren von CCleaner bringt nichts, wenn der Schaden schon angerichtet wurde durch Löschen von Daten oder andere Eingriffe ins System.

Und nein, es ist kein Grund das weiter laufen zu lassen, weil du es bisher schon hattest und es da funktionierte.

Nachdem es ein Backup gibt würde ich zuerst mal die SSD löschen und neu installieren, dann einen Test-User anlegen und checken wie er sich verhält. Läuft er damit gut dann den User migrieren, aber nicht die Systemeinstellungen u.a., das lieber neu einstellen.

Vorher könntest auch mit Deinem System mal einen neuen User anlegen und mit dem checken, verhält der sich manierlich weiß man schon mal das es kein systemweiter Bug ist und kann gezielter suchen.

Was genau meinst du mit Monolingual @lisanet , hatte gar nichts installiert dafür? Habe den etracker bericht erstellt und poste Ihn jetzt als Code separat da limit von 15k zeichen erreicht:

... du hast 2 Profile installiert, die dein WLAN (VPN?) betreffen. Wenn da was beschränkt wird, dann kann das durchaus den Mac ausbremsen, da bei aktuellen Systemen ab und an die Apps geprüft werden (Notarisierung). Erfahrungsgemäß siond VPN immer gut, um unerklärliche Probleme aller Art zu erzeugen. Also prüfe die Profile mal, ob sie tatsächlich notwendig sind, und deinstalliere sie ggf.

Pulse Secure VPN hatte ich wegen der Uni damals, aber schon deinstalliert und sollte eigentlich nicht mehr auftauchen. Ich bin nicht so gängi mit IOS und hatte davor immer Windows. Vielleicht habe ich es falsch deinstalliert?

Das andere VPN sollte Cyberghost sein, wobei ich das Programm nicht mehr habe auf dem aktuellen mac, daher wundert es mich.. Muss man Daten auch manuell löschen wie die vpn Pulse Secure VPN und Cyberghost?

Das sinnvollste ist wahrscheinlich wirklich alles auf eine externe SSD packen und macOS nochmal neu zu installieren oder?
Denn ich habe keine Ahnung was auch dieses Monolingual sein soll... hat sich alles wohl die Jahre über angestaut

Gibt es noch eine Art wo ich das nachträglich alles löschen kann? Oder sollte ich wirklich einfach mal alles neu aufsetzten und alle Programme danach neu installieren?
Kann man da Einstellungen wie WLAN Netzte, Bluetooth exportieren? So wie bei Chrome und Safari z.B. ?
Oder müsste ich dann alles neu einstellen und jedes Netzwerk drucker etc. neu aufsetzten? Nach über 8 Jahren Nutzung ist das vielleicht mal angebracht oder was meint ihr bringt das eher weniger?

Sorry für meien Unwissenheit, ich bin echt neuling in solchen dingen. Ich bin technisch affin, aber habe mich mit meinem Mac nie beschäftigt bisher, daher auch das angewendet und reportet was ihr hier verlangt habt. Alleine wäre ich da nicht darauf gekommen.

Ich habe auch ein Backup auf meiner externern SSD vor dem Update gemacht. Aber eine komplette neuinstallation ist doch die sauberste Lösung oder? Mir sind wie gesagt nur die ganzen Einstellungen wichtig, dass ich die auf einer Art und Weise wieder importieren kann wie oben erwähnt. Gibt es da eine Möglichkeit oder muss das alles manuell gemacht werden? Ihr habt da die beste Erfahrung, vielleicht habt ihr auch Tipps auf was ich achten müsste und was mir so nicht einfällt aber im nachhinein weg sein könnte?

Ich benutze auf meinem Mac sowieso nur Programme wie WhatsApp, MS Office, FileZilla, Slack, Spark Mail, Telegram, Trello, Zoom, Skype

Notizen etc. sind ja mit iCloud verknüpft soweit.
