Guten Morgen,
mein Mac ist mittlerweile sehr langsam, deshalb würde ich ihn gerne einmal neu aufsetzen. Wenn ich den Mac platt mache und dann mittels Time Machin Backup wiederherstelle, sind dann alle "Fehler", die den Mac langsamer machen, wieder genauso drauf?

Was wäre sonst der Sinn eines Backups? Es sei denn, du nimmst einen Zeitpunkt von VOR dem ersten Auftreten deiner Probleme, dann musst du aber die ganzen Daten nachpflegen.

Hi
kommt drauf an, ob es vom System oder von der Hardware, also von der HDD kommt, dass der Mac gefühlt so langsam ist.

Vorab würde ich die HDD testen, bzw. den SMART-Status auslesen, um sicher zu sein, dass die HDD nicht die Ursache ist.

Den einfachen oder erweiterten Test brauchst du vorerst noch gar nicht machen

Das ist doch noch ein Relikt aus alten Zeiten - Rechner langsam = neu installieren.
Schau doch erst einmal lieber nach den Bremsen und ob man diese nicht weg bekommt.

1. Was ist es denn für ein Mac? Modell? Baujahr? HDD? SSD? RAM?
2. Lade Dir doch bitte mal EtreCheck herunter und kopiere den gesamten LOG hier rein. Dann schauen wir mal nach möglichen Bremsen.

Schmeisse das mal als erstes komplett runter.
Dann das hier funktiniert nicht mehr mit dem OS das du jetzt nutzt:

Ich würde an deiner Stelle erstmal ne SSD einbauen und einen Cleaninstall machen dann lass viele von den Helferlein weg die lähmen dein System besser noch zerschiessen es. Denke die HD ist die erste die beim Kauf drin war richtig?
Sei mir jetzt nicht böse aber du hast soviel Müll drauf das braucht kein Mensch.

Edit: Das Backup würde ich nicht wieder einspielen und wenn nur die Daten sonst nix.

Erstmal darum kümmern würde ich vorschlagen.
CleanMyMac machen wir später.
 
Ja sollte er, aber wenn die HD wie ich vermute die erste ist, würde sich bei der Gelegenheit ein kleines Upgrade doch lohnen. Dabei wird er den ganzen Mist auf einmal los.
Ich hoffe er weiß wie man das alles los wird.
 
Um den Ganzen Müll den du auf dein Book geladen hast. Es ist kein Wunder das es lahmt dank CleanMyMac .
 
Weiß ich nicht mehr, ist glaub ich schon lange drauf. Finde nur keine Daten davon..

Lade dir Easyfind runter damit bekommst du das Mistding komplett von der Platte.
Aber auch diese Virtualdingsbumms musst entfernen da läuft eh nicht mehr.
Wenn du in meiner Nähe wohnen würdest würe ich dir beim ausmisten gerne helfen.
 
Wo bist du denn her? Hab das mit Easyfind schon versucht.. Habe aber nichts gefunden. Passt das so?

Schau doch mal beispielsweise unter: ~/Library/Application Support/
Einfach kopieren und mit CMD+Shift+G in den Ordner gehen.

Da sollte noch was liegen.
