lese den Eingangs Post, dann die Antwort von @MacEnroe und versuche da dann Schlüsse rauszuziehen.
Es steht außerFrage, das eine ssd schneller als eine HDD ist, aber dennoch sollte ein Rechner mit hdd oder fusiondrive ein arbeiten ermöglichen und nicht lahmen, 40 sek Systemstart sind da gut, mehrere Minuten verweisen auf ein Problem, das sofern man zum Beispiel eine ssd einbaut und das System übernimmt mitgenommen wird. Es ist also ratsam das Problem zu suchen, nicht das es ein Software oder anwenderproblem ist, das dann wieder auftritt.

Ja, schon. Einen neuen Rechner rauszusuchen, zu bestellen und einzurichten dauert aber länger als 40 Sekunden.

Alte, drehende Festplatte. Lahm wie eine Schnecke, aber sie muss ja eh ausgetauscht werden, da sie kaputt ist. Baue eine SSD ein!

Die Festplatte hat wohl das Ende ihres Lebenszyklus erreicht, von daher Datenicherung als allererstes! Allerdings ist es kein iMac von 2013 sonder von 2009. Daher würde ich überlegen, wieviel Geld ich in ein doch recht altes Gerät investieren würde :)
 
also, ich habe 2 iMacs, einen von 2009 und einen von 2013. Den von 2013 hatte ich die letzten Jahre verwendet, aber er wurde langsamer. Also habe ich erst mal das Timemechine Backup auf den 2009er bepackt, damit ich den 2013er "bearbeiten/aufrüsten etc. kann.

Das hat bis jetzt gut geklappt und wie ihr mir ja alle bereits geschrieben hattet, ist ein Austausch der alten FP gegen SSD sowieso nötig.

Das ist auch schon angeleiert.

Nur, weil ekki161 geschrieben hatte, es könnte auch noch was softwaremäßiges sein, habe ich diesen Report erstellt.
Erst mal für den 2009er.

Macht es denn Sinn, das gleiche für den 2013er hier noch zu posten?
