Fehler: "Sie müssen Ihren Computer Ausschalten"

Moin!
Ich bin auf das Forum hier gestoßen und finde es ehrlich gesagt ganz gemütlich

Habe ein 13" Macbook Core 2 Duo mit 2 GHz und 2 GB RAM.

Mein Problem ist bisher 4 mal in unregelmäßigen Abständen und aus (mir unersichtlichen) Gründen aufgetreten.
Das erste mal vor ca. 3 Monaten in der Uni, dann noch 2 mal an dem selben Tag, und letztens vor ca. einem Monat bei mir zuhause bei normalem Gebrauch.
Plötzlich dimmt sich der Bildschirm und ein Graues Halbdurchsichtiges Fenster ist zu sehen (Mit einem schönen An/Aus Knopf hinterlegt).
Dort werde ich in vielen verschiedenen Sprachen freundlich aber bestimmt gebeten, meinen Computer jetzt doch bitte auszuschalten.
Abbrechen kann man das Fenster nicht.


Könnt ihr mir sagen, woran das liegt, oder ob euch das auch mal passiert?

nennt sich kernel panic und kann die unterschiedlichsten gründe haben; poste hier mal die panic log, dann wissen wir mehr...

Nennt sich Kernel-Panik und die Ursache kann alles sein, Hardware und Software.
Benutze mal die Suche hier im Forum zu diesem Thema.

Hatte ich auch die letzten Wochen (nicht reproduzierbar, unregelmäßig und panic log wies auf nichts spezielles hin). Bei mir war ein RAM-Riegel defekt.
Starte mal den Hardware-Test.
Du solltest fix was unternehmen. Wenn es wirklich das RAM ist, kann es dir wie mir passieren und das Filesystem kaputtgeschrieben werden -- da war ein gutes Backup nötig

Also ich hatte das auch mal unregelmäßig und es war der RAM, der einen Defekt hatte, der sich sonst nicht bemerkbar gemacht, außer halt ab und zu mal über die kernel panics.

@jteschner und kenkanuma: Wie Passend, hab mir grade neuen RAM bestellt!

Den Namen "kernel panic" kannte ich natürlich nicht,
Ich werd jetzt mal die Suche anstrengen.

Du hast nur einen Riegel drin oder zwei? Weil ich nämlich vorschlagen würde, die mal einzeln zu verwenden und so zu schauen ob der Fehler mit einem der Riegel nicht auftritt. Dann kann man sich der Ursache schon recht sicher sein...

Macbook Pro, i7, 17" ohne Speichererweiterung und/oder VPn Client. Gleiches Problem, im Juli gekauft, seit 2 Tagen mindestens 1x pro Tag ein Crash. Nicht reproduzierbar. Hier der Fehlerbericht...weiss jemand Rat ? Ein HW-Test brachte kein Ergebniss (Alles Ok)

Hallo zusammen, auch bei mir gibts ein "kernal panic" Hab gestern ein mac mini gekauft und per hdmi an den tv angeschlossen. An die USB Anschlüsse hatte ich am Anfang eine Cam und die Maus angeschlossen, weil das magic trackpad ausverkauft war, muss ich momentan auf die Kabelmaus zurückgreifen und kann die deshalb nicht abstöpseln. Hab die Cam wieder abgestpöpselt und nur noch die Maus über USB drin. Hatte am Anfang den HDMI an meiner Philips Soundbar am HDMI1 in angeschlossen und am HDMI2 ist meine PS3 angeschlossen. HDMI out ist mit dem Philips 9703 verbunden. Hat mit der PS3 wegen Sound immer gut geklappt und wollte den Mac Mini auch so anschliessen. Hab jetzt den mini aber am HDMI side vom TV dran, weil ich dachte das kernel panic könnte damit zusammen hängen. Ist aber trotzdem. Nächster Versuch war, meine 7-fach Überspannungssteckose. Wo es 2 permanent, 2 Master und 3 slaves Stecker gibt. Hab es vom Slave in den permanent eingestöpselt, weil auf der apple support HP was von Stromschwankungen drin stand. Hat aber auch nicht funktioniert. Nen Hardware test hab ich auch gemacht. War alles ok. Dagegen war beim sicheren starten kein ok, sondern wieder der graue Bildschirm das ich ausschalten soll. Kann es sein das diese USB Maus von logitech Probleme macht??? Kann mir bitte jemand helfen? Ich dreh gleich durch!!! Im Anschluss die logfile:

Hallo,

ich hatte das Problem einige Male auf dem i7. Zwar kann ich es nicht reproduzieren, offensichtlich aber scheint es an einer USB-Platte zu liegen die ich am Mac anschliesse. Wenn es zu diesem Absturz kam, war die Platte angeschlossen und aktiv an einem Transfer beteiligt. Aktuell ist es plausibel, da ich das Phänomen kein einziges *vor* dem Gebrauch der Platte hatte. Beobachte es weiter. Aktuell ist alles gut...

Hmm, Hab grad nochmal einen ausführlichen Hardwaretest gemacht. War alles ok. An der Maus liegt es auch nicht. Die hab ich ausgestöpselt und trotzdem kommt: "Sie müssen den Computer neu starten...." Ist mir zu blöd. Ich bring den Mini zu gravis. Sollen die sich darum kümmern.
