Ist eines der vielen Open Source Projekte die Oracle kaputt gemacht hat. Die Entwickler haben sich damals fast komplett verabschiedet und mit LibreOffice eine weiter freie Option geschaffen. Hier fließt seit dem die Energie hinein, OpenOffice ist ein Zombie der inzwischen bei der Apache Foundation geparkt wurde.

Richtig. Die ganze Thematik mit LibreOffice läuft unter dem Mantel der "Document Foundation" die im Laufe der Zeit auch viele neue Importfilter für LibreOffice geschrieben haben. So konnte ich meine alten Apple Works Dokumente wieder einlesen.
Meine großen Idole zu OpenOffice.org Zeiten waren Florian Effenberger, Jacqueline Rahemipour und Thomas Krummbein. Ich nenne sie "The Big Three im Deutschen Sprachraum". Die sind alle zu LibreOffice gegangen.
Oracle hatte vor gehabt, den Code in Richtung Online-Office zu verwenden aber hat zu harte Bedingungen gestellt, dass die ganze Community zu LibreOffice gegangen ist. LibreOffice darf übrigens auch von OpenOffice.org Code nehmen - umgekehrt gilt dies wohl nicht.
Nur als Ergänzung und nicht als Widerspruch.

Okay, das wusste ich nicht. Danke für den Hinweis. Ich war jedenfalls froh, meinen alten ClarisWorks Kram wieder zu haben. Alte Praktikumsberichte von 1997 (Fotoagentur in Paris). Natürlich auf einem clavier AZERTY unter System 7.5.1 auf PowerMacintosh verfasst. Das war vielleicht was.

Die verwendete Tastaturbelegung auf der verwendeten Klaviatur hat jetzt aber nix mit dem Öffnen-Können zu tun.

Ziehen Sie den ausgewählten NeoOffice-4.0-Ordner in den Papierkorb

Jetzt habe ich von "libreoffice.org" das Programm runtergeladen ... aber das ist ja in Englisch!
Dann kann man da zwar eine "übersetzte Benutzeroberfläche herunterladen" ... ja, hab ich gemacht - aber dann komm ich nicht weiter.

Dann gibt es den Ordner auch nicht bei dir und du musst da nix Löschen
Das verheißt nichts gutes
Mit über 900 Zyklen ist die Batterie auch schon gut abgenutzt.
Global Protect blockt NeoOffice nicht? Warum genau hast du das installiert?
Und warum hast du immer noch 14.0? Deine Installation ist auch noch recht frisch und dein Rechner läuft seit über 6 Tagen...alles irgendwie komisch bei dir.
Ja, das weiß ich auch nicht, wozu 'GlobalProtect' da ist ... ich melde mich da nie an. Kann ich das einfach löschen ?
Wie mache ich das ?und man kann ja auch aktiv mal nach Updates suchen über die Systemsteuerung
also ... ich versuche, 'Global Protect' zu löschen. Klappt aber nicht. Wenn ich versuche, das in den Papierkorb zu ziehen, kommt: " ... geht nicht, da es geöffnet ist." Tja ... und wie schließe ich "GlobalProtect' ? Ich finde keinen Weg, dies doofe 'GlobalProtect' zu schließen. Vorschläge erbeten.
