1975, 3. Album und ein Klassiker von Paul & Gene aus ihrer Bandzeit namens „Wicked Lester“, den sie dann doch noch für ein KISS-Album nahmen.
Und „Peter Criss“ an den Drums ergänzt diese Nummer ziemlich grandios.
It's not just rock'n'roll … it's hard-rock'n'roll … einfach ein geniales Album:

Ich mag ja gerade die „unpopulären“ und „verschmähten“ Alben von Kiss besonders gern, weil sie eben dies überhaupt nicht sind.
Es sind eben diese Alben, die eine Kreativität abseits des zu Erwartenden brachten und vor allem etwas ergaben, was „unerwartet“ und langlebig ist.
„Es ist nicht KISS … das sind nicht wir … usw.“ – aber genau eben das doch. „The Elder“ und „Unmasked“ sind exellente Alben, imo.
