Schlechter Download/Super Upload unter Catalina und Mojave

Moin,
Seit einiger Zeit habe ich richtig schlechte Downloadraten auf dem iMac Late 2013.
Ethernet oder WLAN ist dabei egal. Telekom 100/40. Real kommen die Daten laut FritzBox 7590 mit ca. 90 Mbit/s. Alle IPhones und iPads bilden das auch in etwa ab. Der iMac schafft dies Downloadraten nur unter Windows 10 in der VM VirtualBox. Aber unter Catalina und Mojave nur 1-6 MBit/s. Andere Partitionen, externe Bootfestplatte, Testuser - alles ausprobiert.
Einen kurzen Lichtblick mit etwa 80-90 MBit/s hatte der Rechner für einige Stunden nochmal. War aber nicht reproduzierbar.
Hat jemand eine Idee?

Oder weiß jemand, ob das Internet über VM einen anderen Weg in den Rechner nimmt als ohne VM?

Was hast du denn unter MacOS installiert?
Virenscanner, der sich auch ins Netzwerk hängt?

Eine VM hat ja teilweise extra kext, um das Netzwerk mit der VM zu teilen.
Darüber kann natürlich ein neues Interface da sein, an den sich der Scanner nicht hängt.

Nein, nichts der gleichen. Bin das mit dem Apple Support am Rechner durchgegangen, der hat sich meinen Programmordner gearbeitet und ne knappe Stunde verschiedene Befehle und Routinen, Netzwerkeinstellungen geprüft.
Nichts war auffällig, alles war so eingestellt, wie es eingestellt sein sollte.
VirenScanner und dergleichen hatte ich noch nie auf dem System installiert.

Etrecheck ist ein Programm, das die installierte Software auflistet und nach Problemen guckt:

Die freie Version genügt.

Systemeinstellungen Netzwerk ... und dann auf + ... (WLAN, Ethernet, VPN, PPPoE, 6to4? Leider habe ich keine Ahnung, wie ich das mit dem neuen Interface genau machen muss.

Das EtreCheck Protokoll habe ich. Es ist leider zu groß für den Beitrag und als Dateianhang werden anscheinend nur Bildformate akzeptiert. Vielleicht reicht der Teil mit den Programmen?

Neues Interface anlegen:
Systemeinstellungen > Netzwerk > „Schloss entsperren“(Dein PW) > „+Zeichen anklicken“
Im Pop-Up-Menü oben „Ethernet“ einstellen und „Dienstname „Ethernet2“ bestätigen mit „Erstellen“
IP4 konfigurieren sollte dann : „DHCP“ anzeigen (wenn nicht - dann einstellen)

„Ethernet“ deaktivieren:
Dein aktives „Ethernet“ markieren und dann auf den kleinen Pfeil „v“ neben dem Minuszeichen klicken und „Dienst deaktivieren“ wählen.
(Er wird nun rot und wandert nach unten) Jetzt auf der rechten Seite „Anwenden“ klicken

„Ethernet2“ aktivieren:
„Ethernet2“ markieren und und dann auf den kleinen Pfeil „v“ neben dem Minuszeichen klicken und „Dienst aktivieren“ wählen.
Wird ggfs. gelb - wenn nicht sofort aktiviert wird. Dann auf der rechten Seite „Anwenden“ wählen.

Voilà!

VirtualBox und Paralells auf einem Rechner, das gibt Probleme, würde Virtualbox komplett Deinstallieren.

Womit misst du denn den Download?
Nicht, dass das OneDrive ist oder Safari das Problem ist (Proxy eingestellt).
