Programme funktionieren nicht, frieren ein und Auslastung geht stark nach oben

Hallo Community,

ich habe Schwierigkeiten mit drei Programmen (Spotify, Steam, Skype), die alle ein ähnliches Problem aufweisen. Die Programme starten zwar, zeigen aber danach nur einen schwarzen Bildschirm und hängen sich auf. Ich kann nicht auf Einstellungen oder sonstiges zugreifen. Zusätzlich, geht die CPU-Auslastung sehr stark nach oben und der Lüfter fängt nach 30 Sekunden an sehr stark zu arbeiten. Ich habe bei Spotify und Steam schon viel probiert, die Programme neu installiert, Cache und Application Support gelöscht usw.. Das Problem war schon unter Mojave da und hat sich aber unter Catalina nicht verändert. Vielleicht habt Ihr ähnliche Erfahrungen und habt Ideen, wie man das Problem beheben könnte.

Klingt als hättest Du beim Wechsel von Mojave auf Catalina das Upgrade drüber gebügelt und das Problem mitgenommen.
Könnte eine Kernelextension bzw. ein Treiber sein.

vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung. Was heißt das nun für mich, also wo sollte ich ansetzen? Ich habe schon eine komplette Zurücksetzung des Mac nachgedacht.

Danke für die Hinweise. Ich habe dem Programm in den EInstellungen vollen Festplaettenzugrifg gewährt, aber irgendwie scheint das nicht zu reichen. Welche Möglichkeiten gibt es denn noch?

Full drive access: Disabled steht da du musst das machen. Systemeinstellung dann Sicherheit dann das was ich geschrieben habe.

Du musst dann auf das Pluszeichen klicken dann geht das Programmverzeichnis auf,
da suchst du Etrecheck das anklicken und fertig.

Und du hast dir ein Book geholt und beim Ram gespart
Schau mal dein Ram ist fast voll in Benutzung:

Da darfst du dich wundern das da was nicht wuppt.
 
Du kannst mal in die Dienstprogramme gehen und dort die Aktivitätsanzeig aufrufen und dann einen von allem mal das Ergebnis posten.

Voller RAM sagt erstmal nichts.
Das System benutzt soviel wie möglich davon, denn unbenutzt wird er auch nicht länger halten.
Erst wenn ständig geswappt wird, muß man sich Sorgen machen - weniger als ein GB sind nix, das kann mal für einen Sekundenbruchteil eng geworden sein, und freigegeben wird der Swap nur sehr zögerlich.

Nachdem ich alles gelöscht habe, funktioniert es immer noch nicht. Die hohe CPU Auslastung wird mir auch nur dann angezeigt, wenn ich eins der drei oben genannten Programme offen habe. Sonst schafft das der Mac ohne Probleme.

da hilft nur diese Programme, komplett zu Deinstallieren, auch in der User Library alles von diesen Programmen löschen, und den Pram-Reset ausgeführen, sind diese Programme für dich sehr wichtig ?.

Dann guck mal in die Logs von diesen 3 Programmen. Entweder haben die eigene, wenn nicht, dann in Anwendungen->Dienstprogramme->Konsole. Die Konsole aufmachen, eines der dreigenannten Programme ausführen, dann die Konsole aktualisieren. Oder eines der dreigenannten Programme aufmachen, dann die Konsole aufmachen. So siehst du direkt am Ende die relevanten Informationen.

Du hast sehr viel CPU Load (System Load: 4.18 (1 min ago) 5.86 (5 min ago) 4.96 (15 min ago)), aber das hattest du ja schon erklärt mit eben diesen drei fehlerhaften Programmen.
Wegen der Disk IO kannst du auch mal in die Aktivitätsanzeige gucken, dort dann auf Disk-Tab wechseln. Oder wie das Unter OS X heißt.
 
PRAM-Reset brauchst du nicht machen. Ich bin mit sicher, das wird zu 100% nichts bringen und ist Zeitverschwendung.
 
Kiste plattmachen. OS frisch installieren. Dann nur die benötigten Programme. Langes Rumdoktoren wird Dich hier nicht weiterbringen.
