Macbook Pro - Facetime Kamera schwarz (kein Bild)

Hallo Leute,

Ich besitze das MacBook Pro 15" 2018 mit dem neusten BigSur macOS.
Leider ist seit heute morgen die Kamera schwarz (kein Bild), weder im Teams noch in der Photobooth.
Die grüne LED leuchtet durchgehend, jedoch kein Bild vorhanden.

Ist euch dieses Phänomen bekannt?

Was ich bisher erfolglos unternommen habe:
- Software ist auf dem neusten Stand
- Bildschirmzeit ist alles deaktiviert
- Sicherheit & Datenschutz ist die Kamera zugelassen (habe ich auch schon deaktiviert und reaktiviert)
- Bei anderen Apps geht die Kamera auch nicht
- SMC zurückgesetzt, erfolglos

das sieht eventuell, nach einem Hardware Defekt aus, mal den Apple Hardwaretest mit gedrückter Taste d beim booten aktivieren.

Ich dachte, dass bei einem Defekt die LED blinkt...

Aber dann versuche ich heute Abend den Hardwaretest und werde hier berichten.
 
dauerhaft an deutet darauf hin, da eventuell auch etwas im hintergrund auf die kamera zugreift.

Schalte den Rechner nochmal aus.

Wann geht das Licht denn an?
Also wenn du ihn einschaltest...
Direkt ab drücken des einschaltknopfes?
Ist ein Apfel zu sehen?
Erst wenn der bildschirm geladen wird?
Erst nach kurzer zeit nachdem das dock da ist?

Sorry das ist mein Fehler, ich habe es wohl etwas unpräzise Formuliert.
Ich wollte damit ausdrücken, dass die LED nicht blinkt sondern dauerhaft leuchtet, wenn z.B. die Photobooth app geöffnet wird. Also der Zugriff läuft normal ab. Wenn ich die App schliesse geht auch die LED aus.

Sobald etwas auf die kamera zugreift geht auch das licht an.

Das ist erstmal normal.
Solange die Kamera genutzt wird muss das licht leuchten.

Kannst du ausschließen, dass nicht jemand mit nem locher schwarzes klebeband gelochert und dir aus jux die kamera zugeklebt hat?

Ja die Kameralinse steht frei und ist auch nicht verdreckt.

würde mal den Nvram-/Pram-Reset ausführen, aber mindestens 3x in Folge.

Hardwaretest hat keine Fehler gefunden.

Ich versuche nun noch ein Vram Reset.
Da kann nichts schiefgehen oder? Hab sowas noch nie gemacht.
 
Was mir noch aufgefallen ist:

Wenn ich die Photo Booth App öffne, dann leuchtet die LED nur für ca. 15 sek. Danach schaltet sie sich aus, auch wenn die App weiterhin läuft.
Ich kann auch die Schaltfläche um ein Foto zu schiessen oder ein Video aufzunehmen nicht anklicken, Schaltfläche ist ausgegraut. Bild einfach Schwarz.

Im Teams erscheint die Fehlermeldung die Kamera sei nicht verfügbar. Auch hier leuchtet die LED nur kurz auf und verschwindet nach ein paar sekunden wieder. Mikrofon funktioniert. Bild ist schwarz.

keine Angst, da passier nichts negatives, der Pram-/Nvram-Reset ist ein Standart Reset an einem Apple Rechner, dieser ist nur bei vielen Usern unbekannt.

So Pram Reset 3x durchgeführt. Leider geht die Kamera immer noch nicht.
True Tone und Regelung der Bildschirmhelligkeit geht, ergo ist die Kamera noch intakt.

Aber weshalb nur das schwarze Bild? Hatte das Problem noch nie jemand hier?
Kann es sein, dass aus Datenschutzgründen irgendein Prozess den Zugriff verhindert (vpn)?

Langsam bin ich am verzweifeln... :(
 
Könnte im Terminal der Befehl

sudo killall VDCAssistant

weiterhelfen?
 
das beendet den Kameradienst vom system

könnte helfen. Sollte aber eigentlich nicht notwendig sein.
Probier es aus.
Der Befehl ist nach einem Neustart eh wieder hinfällig. (wenn der Dienst nicht sofort wieder startet)

edit:
Sinnvollerweise nimmt du beide befehle:
sudo killall VDCAssistant
sudo killall AppleCameraAssistant

Kamera läuft wieder. Sehr merkwürdig.
 
Wenn Du eine externe SSD zur Hand hast, installiere doch bitte ein frisches und nacktes System und teste dort. Sollte die Kamera dort auch nicht funktionieren, dann wird wohl ein Defekt vorliegen.
Edit: da war ich zu langsam. Aber gute Neuigkeiten!
