Macbook Air aufeinmal sehr langsam

Hallo,
ich bin langsam ein bisschen am verzweifeln... Ich bin nicht so bewandert auf dem Computer Gebiet und dachte mir hier kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen.
Habe vor einigen Tagen mein Macbook auf High Sierra geupdated und gestern das Microsoft Office Paket installiert. Das sind so ungefähr die größten/einzigen Änderungen die ich hier vorgenommen habe... Und seit 1-2 Tagen ist mein Computer wirklich schrecklich langsam. Vor allem auf Plattformen wie Youtube oder Streaming Anbietern ruckelt es oft und bleibt alle paar Minuten kurz hängen. Manchmal kann ich auch Programme wie OneNote nicht schließen bzw. es dauert einfach einige Minuten bis es sich schließt. Zu diesen Zeiten funktioniert dann auch das Touchpad nicht mehr. Habe hier ein paar Mal gelesen, dass man den EtreCheck Report reinposten soll. Also habe ich den einfach schon mal gemacht:

Ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir helfen. Ich habe vorhin schon einige Programme gelöscht, die ich nicht mehr brauche um ein bisschen Platz zu schaffen. War der Hoffnung, dass sich das Problem so von selbst löst.

Auf den ersten Blick ist nichts zu erkennen. Läuft vielleicht der RAM voll, wenn du die beschrieben Anwendungen nutzt?

Jetzt beispielweise musste ich bestimmt 5 Sekunden warten, bis mein Text im Textfeld erschienen ist. Und dann läuft wieder alles flüssig.
Ich habe die Aktivitätsanzeige mal eine Weile mitlaufen lassen.. meinst du das? Also wenn ich Videos laufen lasse und 2-3 Tabs offen habe, dann sieht es ungefähr so aus wie im Anhang. Sobald ich beispielsweise Youtube schließe gibt es keine "Belastungs-Spitzen" mehr.

Eine Datensicherung habe ich nicht bis jetzt...

Nein, das ist die CPU, das sieht normal aus. Guck mal was beim RAM angezeigt wird.

Hat vielleicht was mit APFS zu tun, das wurde beim Update auf dem FusionDrive installiert.

Also da sieht eigentlich auch alles ziemlich ausgeglichen aus... Habe alle möglichen Seiten und Spotify mal geöffnet. Hat auch wieder gehangen und geruckelt. Spotify war kaum zu bedienen.

Hängt der Stream vielleicht wegen der Internetverbindung?

Kann ich mir kaum vorstellen.. weil ja auch der komplette Computer dann hängt. Sobald ich von einem Programm auf das nächste Wechsel bleibt alles kurz hängen. Wenn ich in den Vollbildmodus oder wieder aus diesem heraus gehe ebenfalls. Auch bei Bildern in der Fotogallerie oder so.
