vermutlich macht HDR da Probleme
ja steht auch bei reddit, aber keine lösung... ist hdr schuld.. ein bug in fotos app 7.0 ?
muss ein bug sein, da ich in der fotos app, > settings > "HDR aktiv" angehakt habe / hatte
habt ihr HDR aus?
mein setting:
iphone 13 pro max mit ios 16, HDR on
fotos app 7.0, HDR on (monterey 12.6)
ah sorry: hier ist die erklärung:
fotos app ist wohl noch nicht auf ios16 gesynct. es hat keine HDR erkennung ?
oder mein laptop, auf dem die fotos app läuft. (mbp 16" m1 max)

Here's one way to think about it:
with HDR on, the actual picture is missing flat pixel data. Those pixels are partially replaced by your backlight. So when you record it, you are recording an image with holes in it. Only devices that can substitute those holes with backlight (another HDR monitor) can play it back and have it look proper.
Avoiding this requires and intermediate step of intelligently building a non HDR frame from an HDR frame - a step most recorders do not have.

workaround:
hab grad rausgefunden, wenn ich ein "geteiltes album" erstelle und HDR videos rein-droppe, wird das video normal abgespielt, nicht überbelichtet und ohne HDR, also seht gut!
ich vermute, es wird im "geteiltem album" transcodiert / recodiert, in ein mp4 / h265 (im .mov container) und damit umgewandelt in SDR, oder non-HDR, mit den folgen, dass es sehr gut aussieht!
(für alle nerds: es wird damit auch signifikant unschärfer, da shared alben keine grossen videos zulassen, wegen online-speicher, statt 20MB hat es nur noch 8MB, bei 1280px auflösung gleichbleibend)
