Im Grunde ist das alles längst überfällig. Die Sperrungen seiner Onlineaccounts ebenfalls. Ich befürchte allerdings, dass seine Fanbase dies jetzt zum Anlass nehmen wird, am 20.01. erst richtig aufzudrehen. Wenn man Interviews in amerikanischen Medien verfolgt, speziell von Menschen auf der Straße, schwant einem da nichts gutes.

And while the R.N.C. chair, Ronna McDaniel, condemned the attack on the Capitol, neither she nor any other speaker so much as publicly hinted at Mr. Trump’s role in inciting a mob assault on America’s seat of government.

finde zwar den exakten Quote nicht, aber ich denke das stimmt. (Wobei das - sehen von Russland von Alaska - sachlich ja nicht ganz verkehrt ist), das Problem ist das in der Politik (nicht nur in den USA) jede Menge solcher Kerzen gibt. Wie Johnny Cash mal richtig sagte: in rivers and Governments the lightest things float on top

Übrigens: Wenn er die Öffentlichkeit oder seine Anhänger erreichen will - vielleicht sollte man ihn mal daran erinnern, dass er im Weißen Haus sogar einen eigenen Presseraum hat (den James S. Brady Press Briefing Room), in dem alle großen Medien vertreten sind...
