Ich habe auch Apple eine Email geschickt und zwar an eine
Mail Adresse an die man Software Abusing melden kann.
Dort erzählte ich von unserem iChat Problem.
Folgende Antwort erhielt ich:
Dear Ms Bender,
we´ve forwarded your request internally and got the info below. We hope it approaches an appropriate solution for your even it´s very difficult preventing it in all.

abusing a piece of software to annoy people can only be resolved either legally by the people beeing annoyed, or technically by adding functionality to the software that helps the user banning other people...
Other german customers that had a similar issue with robots used a "gate-chatroom" that had the same name all the time and then invited new visitors manually to another room whose name changed everytime. This is more work for the moderators of the chat, but keeps the robots away, as they usually don't enter the room and say "good evening" or such wich makes it easy to recognize for the moderators to decide, whether they invite the newcomer to the "real" room or not.
