It's a BSD code error, possibly evoked because something went wonky during installation. Try (in the order given)..
1. Restarting your PowerBook
2. Repairing disk permissions using Disk Utility

wenns nicht hilft, dann das vielleicht:
After deleting the folder -> ~/Library/Caches/Safari/ the error went away.

It looks like it was the proxy after all!
I deleted all the proxy settings (automated and manual) and set them up again, and everything is working fine now.
