Wenn du mal posten würdest was du für ein MBP genau hast, könnte man auch eruieren wo die Sensoren sind.
Bei einigen MBP sitzen die nämlich auf dem Logicboard und dann ist sense mit austausch.
Auch wenn die Sensoren austauschbar sind, ist das ein exaktes Arbeiten erforderlich. Die Dinger sind nämlich ganz schön empfindlich und sollte man einem fachmann überlassen.
Du kannst auch mal versucjen mit Macs Fan Control die Lüfter zu steuern. Eine Steuerung über Zusatzsoftware ist allerdings nur eine vorübergehende Lösung.
Dass die Lüfter gleich beim Booten bis zum Anschlag aufdrehen ist ein eideutiger Hinweis auf defekte Sensoren oder Lüfter. Der mac kann die Sensoren nicht mehr auslesen. Um einen Hitzeschaden zu vermeiden werden die Lüfter voll hochgedreht. Ist also erst mal eine Sicherheitsmassnahme.
