Hallo,

ich habe seit gestern folgendes Problem im AppStore:

"Ihr Kauf konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden
Unbekannter Fehler."

Wenn ich an meinem MacBook Pro sitze kann ich problemlos Sachen laden, nur auf dem Mac Pro kommt seit gestern diese Fehlermeldung.
Rechte sind repariert und sollten Stimmen. Ich bin momentan ratlos. Vielleicht hat einer von euch eine gute Idee? Vielen Dank schon mal dafür!

Ja, hab ich. Auf dem MBP und dem Mac Pro. Aber eigentlich schon immer.
 
Ich hatte ein ähnliches Problem. Dann hab ich alle Regeln, die den AppStore UND den StoreAgent betreffen, rausgelöscht und es ist gegangen. Das könntest Du einmal probieren. Möglicherweise ist auch da was dabei: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2753?viewlocale=de_DE

Ich hab LittleSnitch kurz ganz deaktiviert. Daran liegt es nicht. Ich versuch gerade den Konsolenauszug zu interpretieren. Vlt. ist aber wer hier, der das besser kann.
 
Oh, sorry, ganz vergessen.
Es läuft Lion auf dem Mac Pro. Der Rest entspricht meiner Signatur.
 
Aso, sorry, hätt es selber sehen müssen, hast ja sandbox
Du könntest versuchen, die Datei /var/folders/ noch ein paar Ordner, deren Namen ich nicht kenne / preflight.pfpkg zu löschen...
Bin grad noch am Überlegen, wie man da am besten hinkommt...
 
Bin nun in private/var/folders/ nur was da genau alles löschen?
 
Da sind Unterordner, die sehen etwa so aus:
/var/folders/c0/t8bcf_yd7t48mpbns7bdzv480000gn/C/com.apple.appstore/448457090/p -- und darin die Datei preflight.pfpkg
 
Scheinbar ist hier mehr mit den Rechten durcheinander...

Es wird nicht besser... ich hoffe, dass mir hier einer von euch irgendwie helfen kann.

Ich war nun mal "brutal" und habe in private/var/folder/ beide unterordnet gelöscht, also den kompletten Inhalt.
Natürlich habe ich den Papierkorb nicht entleert und sie behalten...
Nun geht es wieder. Ich kann Apps laden...
Ist in dem Ordner irgendetwas, was ich nicht hätte löschen sollen und was ich besser wieder zurück schiebe?
Danke für eure Hilfe!

Sorgen macht mir die Tatsache, dass die Konsole massenhaft Fehler ausspuckt...auch nun nach dem Löschen der Unterordner. Tausende deny file-write create Sachen und so weiter. Wie sollte ich da weiter vorgehen?

Lade dir mal applejack 1.6 runter. Dann startest Du Deinen Mac neu und drückst CMD+S - so kommst Du in den SingleUserMode.

Jetzt eingetippt: applejack AUTO restart

Dann nochmal die Konsole anschauen. Wie sieht sie jetzt aus? Immer noch so viele Meldungen?

Kann ich da ohne Probleme den kompletten Inhalt löschen, wie ich es getan habe?

Komisch fand ich die Meldung bei Task 2:

Deine interne Platte scheint ro (readonly) montiert zu sein. Wie man allerdings das behebt, weiß ich leider auch nicht. Was passiert, wenn Du das Festplattendienstprogramm startest, um

1) Das Volume zu überprüfen,
2) Das Volume zu reparieren,
3) Die Zugriffsrechte zu überprüfen und schließlich
4) Die Zugriffsrechte reparierst?

Geht es dann?
