Wie hoch darf der kernal_task Wert sein?

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe folgendes MacBook:

MacBook Pro 2016 mit Touchbar, 2,7 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 2133 Mhz
MacOS High Sierra 10.13.5

Auf diesem MacBook läuft nur 1 Programm - Serato DJ Pro. Gestern hatte ich ziemliche Probleme und das Programm hat immer wieder in seiner Anzeige der Waveforms gestockt.

Ein recht hoher "kernal_task" ist mir in der CPU aufgefallen. Aber die CPU ist weder voll ausgelastet und zudem hat der Rechner eigentlich auch genügend Power, um ein bißchen Musik abzuspielen und Waveformen anzuzeigen.

Wie hoch sollte denn ein solcher "kernal_task" maximal sein? Aktuell lastet der laut Aktivitätenanzeige dauerhaft 20% der CPU aus, belegt über 1,4 GB an Speicher und schreibt 260 MB Festplatte.

Ist das normal?

Eigentlich sollte dein Rehcner mit diesen Anwendungen kein Problem haben.
Ich würde zum einen mal dein OS updaten.

Ok, ich habe den "Bug" jetzt nachstellen können. Das Problem haben wohl mehrere:

It’s a bug with the Touchbar Macs camera sensor many users have reported the same it’s an Apple issue apparently.

Das könnte ein entsprechendes Audiointerface oder so sein, welches von EtreCheck falsch bewertet wird oder im System falsch angezeigt wird.
Aber ja, merkwürdig auf jeden Fall.

Das größte Problem dürften die beiden Optimierungstools sein.
Aber so hat der TE ja schon in Post #1 die vermutliche Lösung bekannt gegeben. ;)
 
Das Problem meiner stockenden Wave Form hat sich ja zum Glück gelöst... muss ich den Sensor halt zukleben.

Insofern bleibt nur noch meine Grundfrage die Frage offen: Wie hoch sollte denn ein "kernal_task" maximal sein? Oder sieht das alles normal aus?
 
Du hoffst nicht wirklich auf eine ernste Antwort während du zwei Optimierungstools auf dem Rechner hast, die sich möglicherweise gegenseitig in die Quere kommen?

Ich habe Tool schon runter geschmissen. Der Wert ist aber unverändert.
 
Mh, wie deinstalliert? Uninstaller oder in Papierkorb geworfen?
Guck sonst nochmal mit etrecheck nach, ob was geblieben ist. Ansonsten EasyFind die gesamte Platte durchsuchen lassen.

Falls du dir damit sicher bist:
Neustart
und übliches Voodoo wie PRAM und SMC.
