Verbindungsprobleme Teufel Wireless Airy mit dem MacBook

Hallo lieben Gemeinde, ich habe die relativ neuen In Ear Kopfhörer Airy von Teufel erstanden und die Benutzung mit dem iPhone funktioniert tadellos. Falls ich überhaupt eine Verbindung mit dem Mac (OS X) hinbekomme, rauscht es "wie die Sau". Mein iMac ist bereits auf Big Sur (Rauschen) und mein MacBook Pro ist noch auf Catalina (Verbindung nicht möglich).

Der Teufel Support sprach von einem "update für Bluetooth" dass Apple zur Verfügung stellt. Kann mir hier jemand helfen?

Wenn dein System aktuell sind hast du alle Updates drauf welche es gibt. Apple stellt da nichts extra zur Verfügung.

Hi @droeder, I have the same problem as you do with connecting my Kopfhörer Airy von Teufel to my macbook pro. Similarly, there are no problems at all while connecting them with my iphone. Did you manage to solve this issue? Thanks!
