Scan von Hp officejet pro 8620 mit catalina nicht hp easy scan verfügbar

Hallo zusammen,
seit ich auf Catalina umgewechselt habe, funktioniert die App HP easy scan nicht mehr.
Es ist die neueste Software von Hp aufgespielt für das Multifunktionsgerät, ebenso wie für die App HP easy scan (Version 1.9.3 (002)). Bei dem Scan über die App wird folgende Fehlermeldung ausgegeben.

Hatte das gleiche Problem mit meinem Epson-Scanner. Von Epson habe ich dann einen Link bekommen und nun starte ich meinen Scanner, in dem ich ihn in der Systemeinstellung anklicke.
Ist vielleicht etwas umständlich, aber alles funktioniert wie immer.
