Hallo,

ich habe ein merkwürdiges Problem mit meinem MacBookPro (late 2016 ), vermuttlich hat es angefangen mit dem Update von MacOS 10.14.2 (zumindest ist es mir danach zum ersten Mal aufgefallen ) und ist auch unter 10.15 vorhanden:

Angefangen hat es, das man mit Firefox und Google Chrome keine Webseiten mehr öffnen konnte, wenn das MacBook gesperrt war, weder ins Internet noch ins lokale Netzwerk.
Safari funktionierte problemelos, ebenso funktionierden andere Dienste wie eMail oder ssh-Verbidungen auf einen lokale Server.

Trennen / Neuverbinden mit dem Netzwerk brachte keine Besserung, Fehler tritt sowohl im Wlan als auch über LAN auf.
Fehler lässt sich nur durch kompletten Neustart beheben, Neustart der Browser bringt nichts.

- heute dann noch eine Verschärfung, der Fehler tritt auch urplötzlich im laufenden Betrieb auf.
Aufgefallen ist es, das ein TV-Stream per Browser plötzlich stoppte und sich nicht mehr starten ließ. Andere Webseiten gingen dann auch nicht mehr.
Ich hab vorher stundenlang im Internet problemlos Seiten aufrufen können.
Was kann das bitte sein ?

Firewall auf dem MacBook kann ich auch ausschliessen, die wurde bereits komplett deinstalliert, Problem tratt dennoch auf.

Mein lokales Netzwerk kann ich komplett ausschließen, Firmennotebook, iPad's, iPhone's und Linux-Systeme funktioneren weiter einwandfrei, zudem wurden seit Wochen keine Änderungen an der Konfiguration von Router und Co. gemacht.
Es ist eindeutig auf dem MacBook.

eventuell hast du dir Malware eingefangen, es kann auch etwas anderes sein, würde mal Etrecheck downloaden unnd mit root Rechten laufen lassen, das Ergebniss hier in CodeTags posten, wenn das File zu gross ist, dieses Splitten.

Hab ich jetzt was übersehen ... wie öffnet man Webseiten, wenn das Macbook gesperrt ist? Und noch
krasser, wenn es gar nicht läuft? :kopfkratz:
 
Achso. Erst war der Fehler nur nach einem Logout, dann kam er generell auch ohne einem vorherigen Logout.
Habs verstanden.
 
Little Snitch kann ich ausschliessen, das hatte ich schon temp.deinstalliert, Sophos probiere ich aus, wobei cih die schon seit fast 3 Jahren problemlos nutze.

Wie geschrieben, die Probleme begannen mit dem Upgrade auf 10.14.2

Sophos macht irgendwann Ärger auf einem Mac, habe es vor eingen Jahren auch Deinstalliert, es läuft einige Zeit gut, dann kommt nach einem Update der Ärger mit Sophos, besser weg damit.

Ist unter Systemeinstellungen -> Netzwerk -> Verbindung auswählen -> Weitere Optionen -> Proxy -> in dem Kasten bei SOCKS-Proxy ein haken gesetzt?

Wenn ja, den mal entfernen und Malwarebytes durchlaufen lassen.
 
So mal ein Update:

Die Sophos-Software ist der Problembringer.
Seit dem letzten 10.14.2 Update hat die ein Problem, werde mal den Hersteller anschreiben, schliesslich kostet die Geld und da erwarte ich auch Support.
