Macbook Tastatur und Trackpad spinnen

Hey! hab seit letzter Zeit das Problem das an meinem MacBook (Pro, Early '15) manchmal einfach die Tastatur und das Trackpad ausfallen. Nach einiger Zeit geht es dann wieder. Habe schon neuinstalliert und auch mal beim Store prüfen lassen. Die sagten mir es wär ein Wasserschaden aber das ist unmöglich weil nur ich ihn benutze und nie Wasser rangekommen ist. Und er läuft ja auch meistens ohne Probleme was ich mir bei einem Wasserschaden einfach nicht vorstellen kann.

Vielleicht hast du ihn mal über Plfanzen stehen gehabt, war bei einem Tower mal bei mir. - Wasser tropfte von der Pflanze die an der Decke hing, auf den Tower drauf.

Externe Geräten funktionieren aber in dieser Zeit? Steht irgendwas Auffälliges in der Konsole?

Wasserschaden klingt merkwürdig, wenn es mal geht und mal nicht.

Nein keine Pflanzen oder ähnliches. Auch kein Getränk, also wirklich nie mit Flüssigkeiten in Verbindung gekommen.

@Maulwurfn ja alles andere funktioniert, also ich kann auch eine Tastatur anschliessen und dann mit der weiterarbeiten bis die andere wieder geht Dachte ich mir auch, er (Mitarbeiter vom Store) hatte mir die Stellen auf dem Board gezeigt wo anscheinend Wasser gewesen sein soll, aber die sind auf der Unterseite des Boards (also kann nicht durch die Tastatur gelaufen sein) und auch nicht an den Lüftereingängen, deswegen war ich verwundert wie da was drangekommen sein soll.

Wie prüfe ich das mit der Konsole? Habe mal einen Hardwarecheck beim Neustarten durchgeführt, da wurde nichts angezeigt.

Mei Leute nicht immer alles aus der Nase ziehen lassen. Das macht das Helfen echt schwer. Wie genau wurde die Diagnose begründet und was wurde Dir GENAU gezeigt?

Was ich von den Fotos erkennen konnte gab es zwei Stellen an denen es Teilweise dunklere Stellen (also zum teil kreisrunde dunklere Stellen) an der Platine gab und er meinte, das das Spuren von Wasser wären. Mehr konnte man nicht sehen, also nur 2 dunklere Stellen auf der Platine die aber nicht verbunden und auch nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe waren.

Hm okay...könnte schon Flüssigkeit sein so wie es sich liest. Komisch ist auch, dass externe Tastatur und Maus gehen. Und ja - gerade bei kleinen Flüssigkeit Schaden fallen Tastatur und Trackpad immer wieder aus und gehen dann auf einmal wieder. Also Dein Problem hört sich eher sogar nach Flüssigkeit Schaden an...
