Hallo,

mein Problem ist, dass mein MacBook 12'' mit macOS High Sierra einfach neu startet. Es gibt den Neustartton und dann bootet es wieder. Danach ist alles wieder da, was offen gewesen ist und man kann normal weiter arbeiten. Letztes Updates sind installiert.

Vielleicht kann einer von Euch das ja deuten... :)

du könntest mal versuchen einen SMC reset zu machen, der fehler sagt ja, dass es da einen read error gibt.
hardware test hast mal laufen lassen?
tritt der fehler erst seit high sierra auf? vielleicht haben die ja bei dem firmware update was verbockt …
 
Nein, der Fehler war auch vor dem Update schon da. Ich hatte Hoffnungen, dass es nach dem Update weg ist.

Okay, kann ich machen. Muss ich für den SMC Reset was beachten? Vorher besser ein Backup machen?
Was meinst Du genau mit Hardwaretest?
 
der SMC reset setzt ja nur einen controller im gerät zurück, backup musst da nicht vorher machen.

der hardware test ist mit auf den grauen DVDs, falls du die noch hast.
die mit AHT rein und mit D gedrückt starten.
falls die nicht mehr hast, kannst alternativ den passenden auch hier laden:

Okay, ich habe den Controller mal zurückgesetzt. Hardwaretest lade ich mal runter, da ich kein CD-ROM habe und mache ich dann noch.

Und dann muss ich es mal beobachten...

Hallo, ich mache den post noch mal auf. Ich glaube ich konnte das Problem eingrenzen. Hardwaretest und Analysetest von MacOS waren übrigens ohne Auffälligkeiten.

Mein Problem mit dem Neustart kommt glaube ich von meiner Bluetoothmaus. Immer wenn ich sie verwende startet mein Rechner nach unbestimmter Zeit neu. Wenn ich sie nicht verwende, dann tritt das Problem nicht auf. Ich habe die Maus schon entfernt und nee hinzugefügt, aber das brachte leider nichts. Hat hier jemand noch einen Tipp?
