Gibt es unter euch jemanden, der mit dem Bericht nach einem Absturz etwas anfangen kann? Ich habe mit meinem Macbook Pro 13" 2020 seit einer guten Woche massive Probleme. Erst stürzte der MB urplötzlich ab. Später kam hinzu, dass sich der MB für längere Zeit (ca. 30-60 Minuten) nicht mehr starten ließ. Neuinstallationen von Big Sur brachen auch immer wieder durch einen Absturz zwischendurch ab. Gestern machte ich dann einen Termin bei Gravis. Da die 1-jährige Garantie von Apple kürzlich abgelaufen ist, greift aktuell nur die gesetzliche Gewährleistungspflicht. Deshalb weigerte sich Gravis das Gerät kostenfrei zu prüfen bzw. zu reparieren. Mit wurde gesagt, dass ich in diesen Fall den Händler (Amazon) kontaktieren müsste. Bevor ich mit denen Kontakt aufnehme, habe ich die Hoffnung, dass sich hier vllt. jemand findet der mit diversen Berichten/Auswertungen etwas anfangen kann. So könnte ich zumindest ausschließen, dass ein Software Problem vorliegt, wobei ich schon längere Zeit nichts neues installiert habe.

Ich möchte abschließend noch einmal erwähnen, dass die installierte Software schon lange auf meinem System installiert ist und noch nie Probleme machte.
 
Ich kenne mich mit den Crashreports nicht sonderlich aus, aber:

Hast du auch mal versucht, das System auf eine externe SSD zu installieren? Das kann einen Defekt der SSD ausschließen.
Ansonsten würde ich spontan auf den RAM tippen, das ist wohl mitunter der häufigste Grund für ein solches Verhalten.

@Jarvis Ja, habe einen Clone auf einer externen SDD. Die Installation von Big Sur brach auch hier ab. Aktuell läuft wieder alles seit einigen Stunden. Es ist zum verrückt werden.
 
Die Panic war anscheinend im T2 Chip.
Hast du mal die Apple Diagnose laufen lassen?

Kannst du die Platte löschen, dann frisch installieren und schauen wie es komplett leer sich verhält ohne das Backup einzuspielen? Das klingt schon ein bisschen nach Hardware, wenn es ohne Veränderungen plötzlich einfach so passiert. Amazon dürfte das Gerät sogar tauschen, ich würd dort einfach mal via https://www.amazon.de/gp/help/customer/contact-us/ den Artikel wählen, den Mitarbeiterbutton unten drücken und im Chat erklären dass das Ding hinüber ist. Ist egal was du schreibst weil deren Support nach Indien outgesourced wurde und die eh nix verstehen.

Danke für eure Unterstützung! Es ist zum verrückt werden. Seit gestern Abend läuft wieder alles, nachdem der MB tagelang Probleme machte. Ich werde das weiterhin "beobachten". Sollte es wieder zum Absturz kommen, wende ich mich in der Hoffnung an Amazon, dass die einen Austausch vornehmen. Kurz vor dem allerersten Absturz vor einer Woche installierte ich den Safari 15 und ein Update von Boxcryptor. Da Boxcryptor im Hintergrund mitläuft, habe ich u.a. diese App in Verdacht und deshalb erst einmal beendet.

@OmarDLittle Der MB stürzte auch hier einmal ab. Das mit Amazon werde ich vermutlich mal angehen
