Liebe Leute,
ich habe hier ein MacBookPro von (vermutlich) 2013, das recht langsam ist. Die üblichen Verdächtigen habe ich bereits abgearbeitet. Aber jetzt übersteigt das ganze meine Möglichkeiten.

Hier ist das Check-Ergebnis von EtreCheck.
Mir sagt das alles nich viel. Aber vielleicht könnt Ihr mir auf die Sprünge helfen. Gibt es in dem Ergebnis etwas , was mir Weiterhelfen könnte?

Den kannst Du bei den LaunchAgents löschen... der macht eh immer Probleme von Adobe...

naja, bei 12497 Betriebsstunden muss noch nichts kaputt sein, aber man sollte sich so langsam nach Ersatz umsehen

  • Die hohe Datendichte heutiger Festplatten hat zur Folge, dass beim Lesen die Fehlerkorrektur zwangsläufig anschlägt. Auch sehr hohe Werte hier sind also kein Grund zur Beunruhigung.

der Free Fall Sensor hat schon 2605 mal angeschlagen, was auf harte Erschütterungen während des Betriebs hinweist. Der Free Fall Sensor sorgt dafür, dass bei gewissen Beschleunigungen der Schreib- und Lesekopf abgehoben wird, um eine Beschädigung zu vermeiden


In Anbetracht der SMART Werte würde ich mich nach einer neuen HDD oder SSD umsehen. Noch kannst du damit arbeiten und vermutlich ist es auch die Adware, die den Rechner so langsam macht.
Wenn aber nach Entfernen der Adware der Rechner immer noch langsam ist, dann bleibt nicht mehr viel übrig, was du machen kannst.

System clean installieren und Testen .... und sehen, ob's geht
wenn nicht, neue HDD/SSD zulegen

.... aber auf alle Fälle baldigst für ein Backup sorgen
