MacBook Pro 2020 in mehreren Bereichen nur im Akku-Betrieb extrem langsam

Nabend zusammen,

nachdem ich nun mehrere Stunden damit verbracht habe eine Lösung zu finden, habe ich mich dazu Entschlossen hier einen Beitrag zu starten.

Vor kurzem habe ich mir ein MacBook Pro 2020 13.3" mit Sonderkonfiguration
(2,3 GHz Quad‑Core Intel Core i7 Prozessor / 32 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X / 1 TB PCIe basierter Flash-Speicher) geholt.
Im moment läuft darauf noch die letzte Catalina Version und das Problemlos. Ein Update auf Big Sur habe ich mich noch nicht getraut da Catalina soweit
läuft und ich mir noch nicht sicher bin ob ich ein Update mache oder Big Sur besser neben Catalina installiere (Catalina läuft auf nem AFPS Volume).
Bisher habe ich das MacBook immer mit Netzteil in Betrieb gehabt, daher ist mir das Problem erst die Tage aufgefallen.

Sobald ich das MacBook im Akku-Betrieb nutze werden sämtliche Arbeiten/Funktionen ausgebremst oder besser gesagt extrem langsam.
Das Betrifft sowohl das kopieren auf/von externen Festplatten sowohl über USB als auch über Thunderbolt 3. An den Festplatten oder Kabeln kann es
nicht liegen da die Geschwindigkeit im Netz-Betrieb gefühlt um 100% schneller ist. Gleiches gilt für die LAN Geschwindigkeit sowohl im Heimnetz als auch
im Internet. Ich nutze einer 400er Leitung von Unitymedia welche über LAN und WLAN voll genutzt wird so lange das Book am Netzteil hängt.
Im Akku-Betrieb ist die Geschwindigkeit sowas von langsam egal ob über LAN oder WLAN.

Leider bin ich nicht umbedingt der Mac Freak um das Problem selbst zu finden und die meisten Beiträge die ich gefunden haben beziehen sich auf
die Akku Laufzeit, Ladezeit oder extreme Wärme und nicht auf die von mir oben genannten Probleme.

Daher hoffe ich nun das mir die Profis hier vielleicht weiterhelfen können und mir jemand Sagen kann wieso das MacBook im Akku-Betrieb sämtliche
Funktion so bremst? oder wie ich die Probleme lösen kann und die "Bremsen" abstellen kann?

Hast du gut gemacht! Leider bekommt es hier fast niemand außer dir hin die Anleitung zu lesen und zu befolgen. Bravo!

Also der Check ist im Akkubetrieb sogar noch schneller durchgelaufen. Insgesamt finde ich die Protokolle auch unauffällig. Ich würde aber mal den VPN-Kram (Tunnelblick) deaktivieren. Das könnte deine Probleme erklären.

Das beschriebene Verhalten könnte noch auf ein Problem mit dem Akku selbst hindeuten, auch wenn das bei einem jungen Gerät unwahrscheinlich ist. Coconut Battery kann hier vielleicht ein paar Informationen liefern.

Hmmm Okay....
Tunnelblick nutze ich Aktuell eh nicht daher kann ich das raus nehmen und bei der Gelegenheit schaue ich mal was vielleicht noch raus kann.
Coconut Battery kann ich natürlich auch gerne mal laufen lassen wobei ich gefühlsmäßig keine Probleme am/mit dem Akku feststellen kann.
Ladezeit ist völlig Okay und die Laufzeit bis der Akku leer ist, ist auch ausreichend (denke ich).

1.: Würde es für den Test was bringen wenn ich vorher auch mal ne externe Platte mit anschließe?

Daher lag mal anfänglicher Verdacht auch an irgendwelche "System" Einstellungen seitens Catalina. Also irgendwelche Einstellungen die
Bewusst das System ausbremsen um die Laufzeit im Akku Betrieb zu verlängern.

Kann mir den jemand was zum Thema Big Sur sagen?
2.: Ein Update von Catalina auf Big Sur? 3.: oder Big Sur neben Catalina auf dem AFPS Volume installieren? oder ne 4.: Clean Install von Big Sure?
Wobei ich eigentlich Catalina erstmal behalten wollte da darauf bisher alles läuft.

Dann könnte ich mal Testen wie der Akku Betrieb unter Big Sur so läuft.

Scheint wirklich etwas gebracht zu haben..
Nachdem ich rausgefunden habe wie ich den LaunchDaemon für Tunnelblick "deaktiviere" habe ich noch einige andere Kleinigkeiten abgeschaltet.
Die ersten Tests (Kopieren von/auf USB Festplatte und Download von Testdatei) haben besten funktioniert und gefühlt mit voller Geschwindigkeit.
Werde das ganze die nächsten Tage dann mal beobachten und weiter Testen.
