Hallo MacUser,

Folgendes Problem:

Ich habe ein MBP 15 (Late 2013) und es stürzt öfter ab. Es fällt mir besonders auf, wenn es mehr beansprucht wird und heißer wird. Außerdem passiert es kaum, wenn es am MagSafe angeschlossen ist.
Was passiert ist, dass der MB Bildschirm schwarz wird, es dann noch ca 10 sek leuchtet und es dann ausgeht.

Noch etwas: ich habe eigentlich immer Spotify geöffnet und wenn ich es dann wieder problemlos einschalte, wird nicht das letzte angespielte lied angezeigt, sondern ein älteres.

Ich habe den Verdacht auf ein Akku-Problem, wobei dieser auch geprüft werden muss laut Systeminformationen.

Ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen!

Wurde bereits ja schon gesagt... Du hast Dir Adware gefangen. Würde mal Dein Surfverhalten überdenken.

Und hier am Ende ist der Grund für Deinen Crash - Fehler bei den Caches ..!

Und wieso Fehler bei den Caches? Weil wir hier 1000x mal in der Woche schreiben und schreiben - Finger weg von Aufräumtools! Ein Mac Rechner braucht keine Aufräumtools. Die löschen viel zu viel und Zeugs das sie nicht löschen sollen! Das sollte jetzt nach Jahren doch bekannt sein?!?

tja, das sind immer diese "faulen User" die sich einfach nicht genügend vorher Informieren, vor der Installation diversen Mülles auf ihre Rechner, schnell schnell Rumklicken ist halt einfacher !!, manchmal wäre ein Computerführerschein nicht schlecht :))

Und wieso Fehler bei den Caches? Weil wir hier 1000x mal in der Woche schreiben und schreiben - Finger weg von Aufräumtools! Ein Mac Rechner braucht keine Aufräumtools. Die löschen viel zu viel und Zeugs das sie nicht löschen sollen! Das sollte jetzt nach Jahren doch bekannt sein?!?

Was hast Du daran nicht verstanden?

Du bist eh so einer - der meint (wie aus Windows Zeiten) je mehr Software der gleichen Art installiert ist - umso wirksamer?! Oder wieso hast Du 3 Adblocken auf einmal installiert? Oder 3 Cleaner gleichzeitig? Die Programme an sich sind schon grenzwertig - aber wenn man dann auch noch mehrere gleichzeitig benutzt muss einen gar nichts wundern ;) ...

Also nochmals - wirf den Dr Cleaner herunter und den App Uninstaller.

Habe ich verstanden und auch deinstalliert. Die installs Meldung verschwindet im etrecheck doch nicht? Das heißt doch nur das es installiert wurde und nicht, dass es noch installiert ist. Oder habe ich da was falsch verstanden??
 
Mea Culpa ! Ja richtig - hatte ich übersehen. Gut, dass es weg ist.
Und nun geht alles wieder :D ..?
 
no problemo ! Ich hoffe doch, aber wenn das MB wieder abstürzt melde ich mich.
Noch eine andere Frage, kann es bei einer Akku Kapazität von 65% zu abstürzen kommen oder hat er einfach nur Leistungsverlust?
