MacBook Air stürzt ab – HILFE

Hallo,

ich habe meinen MacBook schon seit 4 Jahren und seit der vorletzen Reparatur in September, die vom Apple durchgeführt wurde, stürzt er jeden Tag ab. Bei der Reparatur wurde mit ein neuer Akku eingesetzt und all meine Dateien gelöscht. Darauf hin hab ich es nochmal abgegeben. Die haben mir das Mainboard ausgetauscht, aber das Problem wurde damit nicht behoben.

Unter Abstürzen versteh ich, dass der Laptop von alleine von einer Secunde auf die andere einfach ausgeht und ich den wieder anmachen muss. Er wird nicht heiß und macht keine Geräusche.

Vielleicht könntet Ihr mir bei dem Problem helfen. An was könnte es liegen? Den nochmal einschicken würde ich sehr ungerne, da ich den Laptop in der Prüfungsphase brauche.

gib mal im terminal folgendes ein:

log show --predicate 'eventMessage contains "Previous shutdown cause"' --last 24h

interessant wäre halt, was für eine zahl bei dem shutdown cause steht.
bei 0 wäre der strom halt weg, was auf einen defekten akku hinaus laufen könnte.

Du hast Adware auf dem Rechner und einige Programme die nicht auf einen Mac gehören.

5 ist normales runter fahren.
0 ist wie gesagt strom weg, also könnte es am akku liegen.
müssten die im store mal überprüfen oder tauschen.
kannst die ja auf die log einträge hinweisen.
