Hallo liebes Forum,
vor kurzem habe ich das iOS entschlackt. Das Gerät ist wieder soweit OK nur eine einzige App macht mir Probleme: LINE. Ich war lange Zeit in Asien und dort ist WhatsApp total Out, daher habe ich meine Freunde in LINE.
Das Problem
Die App wurde neu installiert, jedoch kann ich mich nicht einlogge, da ich die PIN vergessen habe. Die letzten vier Ziffern meiner registrierten asiatischen Telefonnummer, die ich alternativ als PIN eingeben soll, werden nicht akzeptiert.
Die Lösung
Von Seiten des App-Anbieters bekam ich folgenden Lösungsvorschlag:
1.Please download and install the Line 4.3.0 version, it below this version please update the version. (If the original install version is higher than Line 4.3.0 version, Please remove the version of the higher one.)2.Open Line Tap "Line User Login" and then click on the "If you have not set up an email account."
3.Enter a phone number which can receive text messages of certification.
4.Certification is completed will ask your name, Please feel free to enter the name, then click on "Register".
5.Go to other> Settings> My Account> Settings email account> Enter your e-mail account which were you registered in the LINE first time. (It will prompt to reset the account, etc. Please don't worry about these words.)
6.Email authentication is completed, please go to Other> Settings> My Account> switch password, set the ''switch password'' into four code whatever you want (be sure to keep in mind.)
7.After set the switch password, go to cell phone set of applications to find the LINE App, and click inside the LINE "Clear Data"
8.Reopen Line and Login> Be sure to use the original binding FB account.
9.And then go to the Other> Settings> My Account> Settings email account, enter your original binding e-mail account for once again Certification.
10.10. Congratulations!! Old account is back! Line can be updated to the latest version now , next time please enter the bindings e-mail + Switch password to login.
Es hapert bei mir schon bei Schritt 1. Ich habe Version 4.4.1 installiert und ich hab keine Ahnung, wie ich die ältere Version installieren kann. Hat jemand eine Idee?
