Du kopierst einfach deinen kompletten Musik-Ordner (Da sind alle notwendigen Dateien drin aus dem Homeverzeichnis in das Homeverzeichnis des Macbook. iTunes starten! Voilá!
iPhoto vorher installieren und dann einfach die iPhoto-Library im Bilder Ordner ersetzen.
Für Mail paste ich einfach mal schnell ne englische Anleitung, in der Hoffnung das der Sprache mächtig bist
a) Go to your user's "Library" folder and copy the whole "Mail" folder.
b) Then go to your user's "Preferences" folder and copy the file "com.apple.mail.plist"
c) Now you can install your new operating system deleting everything (I suppose you have already backed up the rest of your important files).
d) After installation and before opening "Mail.app" copy the backed up "Mail" folder to your user's "Library" folder and the "com.apple.mail.plist" file inside your user's "Preferences" folder.
After that you can open "Mail.app" and you will have all your mailboxes, all your accounts, all your signatures, all your filters and all your emails in place.
