Imac Pro Fehlerbericht ?

Hallo Allerseits,

mein neuer iMac Pro (2017) 3,2 Intel 10.13.4 ist jetzt ein paar mal im Ruhezustand abgestürzt.
Das heißt ich habe ihn Abends in den Ruhezustand versetzt und morgen war er aus und musste neu gestartet werden.
Ich habe dann den üblichen Hinweis „Ihr Computer wurde auf Grund eine Problems etc) und die Möglichkeit das Log anzusehen.
Für mich ist das leider unverständliches Skript, hat jemand von euch eine Ahnung was das Problem ist?

Das sieht nach einem Kernel Panic von BridgeOS aus, dem iOS-Ableger für den A10-Chip des iMac Pro. Da wirst du selber nicht viel tun können, das ist entweder ein Softwareproblem und wird hoffentlich mit einem künftigen Update gefixt oder ein Hardwareproblem. Genau lässt sich das allerdings mit den vorliegenden Informationen nicht sagen.
 
Am besten einen Supportcase bei Apple öffnen und gemeinsam mit den Technikern Ursache und Lösung erarbeiten. An BridgeOS kann man selbst gar nichts machen.
