iMac ist plötzlich sehr viel langsamer und gibt keinen Ton mehr aus!

Hallo,

ich nutze einen iMac mit folgender Konfiguration:

macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6
Modellname: iMac
Modell-Identifizierung: iMac13,2
Prozessortyp: Intel Core i7
Prozessorgeschwindigkeit: 3,4 GHz
Anzahl der Prozessoren: 1
Gesamtanzahl der Kerne: 4
L2-Cache (pro Kern): 256 KB
L3-Cache: 8 MB
Speicher: 16 GB

Seit heute hat sich aber plötzlich einiges geändert. Das booten dauert wesentlich länger als üblich. Auch scheint der Rechner insgesamt langsamer. Wenn ich mich anmelde, sind so etwas wie Bildstörungen zu sehen. Es laufen zweimal Streifenanimationen über den Bildschirm, die wie aus den 90er Jahren anmuten. Zudem existiert keine Audioansteuerung in der Kopfleiste mehr und es wird auch kein Ton mehr ausgegeben. Kennt jemand eine mögliche Ursache dafür oder hat das gleiche Problem?

mal mit D gedrückt starten für den hardware test …
beim 13,2 sind eigentlich bislang keine GPU ausfälle bekannt.
 
Hallo, vielen Dank für die Antwort! Ich habe den Computer einen Test durchlaufen, aber er hat keinen Fehler gefunden. Allerdings ging der Ton schon vor dem Test wieder, ohne das ich etwas wesentliches verändert hätte. Jetzt bootet und reagiert er wieder schneller und findet auch die internen Lautsprecher. Nur das Symbol für die Lautstärke ist immer noch nicht in der oberen Leiste zu finden. Jetzt meldet er sich auch wieder sofort mit meinem Account an. Zuvor hatte er die Anmeldung verlangt und dann kam es zu den grafischen Problemen. Ich bin noch ein wenig skeptisch, was es damit auf sich hat, da es sich so ohne weiteres in Luft aufgelöst hat.
 
Vermutlich war der sichere Systemstart aktiviert...

Eventuell lag einfach etwas auf der großschreibtaste...
 
du könntest dir mit etrecheck mal eine übersicht über die ganzen installierten sachen verschaffen.
oder gleich mal malwarebytes laden, um nach malware zu checken.
die adware/malware wird immer mehr zum problem.
 
Etrecheck habe ich schon mal drüber laufen lassen und in Folge eine Datei gelöscht. Allerdings hattte es das Problem nicht gelöst und daher hatte ich die Befürchtung, dass es möglicherweise das falsche war, was ich gelöscht habe und habe es wieder aus dem Papierkorb geholt. Malwarbytes probiere ich gleich mal aus. Danke!
