iMac erkennt Tonein- und Tonausgang nicht

Hallo MacUserForum,
ich habe mir neulich einen iMac gekauft und war auch ganz zufrieden damit.
Heute wollte ich Sims 3 starten, wobei sich der Mac komplett aufgehängt hat. Dann hat er angezeigt, dass ich den Computer neu starten soll.
Nach dem Neustart war der Ton plötzlich weg. Beim Blick in die Systemeinstellungen stellte sich heraus, dass der iMac weder den internen Lautsprecher noch das interne Mikrofon erkennt.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.
