Fotos wurde unerwartet beendet (OS X 10.11)

Hallo,

nach Migration von Daten/Anwendungen von einem MacBook Pro unter OS 10.6.8 (darin iPhoto Library) aus TimeMachine-Backup auf einen neu installierten MacMini 2011 unter OS X 10.11 erhalte ich nach dem Start von Fotos die folgende Fehlermeldung:

"Photos wurde unerwartet beendet"

Das Kopieren der iPhoto Library (ca. 1.2 GByte) an eine andere Stelle ändert nichts am Crash. Die bisherige Suche im WWW hat mich einer Lösung nicht näher gebracht, ein Thread im Forum war mit dem Wiederherstellen der Fotos befasst.
