hallo,
ich habe da ein problem mit dem schreiben einer xml datei in ein pdf mit fop. die erstellte .fo datei liegt im ordner des programmes. (später soll das ganze dann über apache laufen)
fop ist ein java programm, und läßt sich nur über das terminal starten.
ich mache das so:
erst setze ich den pfad zu java da seit der java version 1.4.1 der pfad nicht mehr stimmt:
setenv JAVA_HOME /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.4.1/Home
wenn ich dann das progi fop.sh einfach in das terminal ziehe bekomme ich folgende meldung:
[localhost:~] otis% /Users/otis/Applications/fop-0.20.3/fop.sh
USAGE
Fop [options] [-fo|-xml] infile [-xsl file] [-awt|-pdf|-mif|-pcl|-ps|-txt|-at|-print] <outfile>
[OPTIONS]
-d debug mode
-x dump configuration settings
-q quiet mode
-c cfg.xml use additional configuration file cfg.xml
-l lang the language to use for user information
-s for area tree XML, down to block areas only

outfile input will be rendered as pdf file into outfile
-pdf outfile input will be rendered as pdf file (outfile req'd)
-awt input will be displayed on screen
-mif outfile input will be rendered as mif file (outfile req'd)
-pcl outfile input will be rendered as pcl file (outfile req'd)
-ps outfile input will be rendered as PostScript file (outfile req'd)
-txt outfile input will be rendered as text file (outfile req'd)
-svg outfile input will be rendered as an svg slides file (outfile req'd)
-at outfile representation of area tree as XML (outfile req'd)
-print input file will be rendered and sent to the printer

das input filel liegt wie gesagt im ordner wo die fop.sh liegt.
ok dann porbiere ich es anderst und setzte mit cd erst den pfad zu fop:
localhost:~] otis% cd /Users/otis/Applications/fop-0.20.3
dann starte ich nochmals die fop.sh datei und bekomme dafür die gleiche fehlermeldung.
dann versuche ich nicht ganz doof erst die fop.sh zu starten und dann mit -o die ausgabe der datei zu erzwingen:
otis% ./fop.sh -o ./fop fotoalbum.fo fotoalbum.pdf

hmmm, renderer has not been set. schonmal etwas aber das ist auch nicht dass was ich will. also probiere ich es ohne -o da ja in der beschreibung die fop ausspuckt mit -fo die fo datei aufgerufen wird:
./fop.sh -fo fotoalbum.fo fotoalbum.pdf
[INFO]: FOP 0.20.3
[INFO]: building formatting object tree
[ERROR]: 'master-reference' for 'fo
age-sequence'matches no 'simple-page-master' or 'page-sequence-master'

und mit der meldung kann ich jetzt überhaupt nichts mehr anfangen. das ding dabei ist, dass er eine pdf datei erstellt, diese aber nicht geöffnet werden kann, da sie laut acrobat reader kaputt ist...

fällt vielleicht jemand von euch etwas dazu ein?
bestimmt liegt es doch nur an meiner eingabe im terminal!
