Display Ausleuchtung nach Displaytausch

Brightness Control nach Displaytausch *LÖSUNG GEFUNDEN*

Hi zusammen, nach einem Displaybruch habe ich das Display meine MBP 15" Matt (RevA) selbst getauscht. Funktionier auch alles wunderbar, nur die Ausleuchtung ist miserabel. Komischerweise funktionieren die Heller / Dunkler Tasten auch nicht mehr!? Gibt es im System noch eine andere Möglichkeit die Helligkeit zu regulieren? Kann es vielleicht auch sein, das mein Austauschdisplay (nicht identisch mit dem Original) eine Helligkeitsregulierung überhaupt nicht unterstützt?

Open display prefs
Click on "Color" tab
Click "Open Profile"
Scroll right down to the very bot tom and find "Apple display make and model information"
Note down Manufacturer and Model ID's
Then go to - system/library/ Displays/Overrides/ DisplayVendorID-610
Find file - DisplayProductID-9c20 - this is the file for the standard dis play
Copy file to desktop
Rename file based on figures given from you're open color pro file in my case 139f so the new file should be called DisplayProductID-139f
Go back to - system/library/ Displays/Overrides/ and see if there is a folder called DisplayVendorID-xxx (In my case 4d10). If there is not create one on the desktop
Then copy your new file into your new folder and copy the folder into - system/library/Displays/Overrides/
Reboot and you should have brightness control.

Du kannst unter Systemeinstellungen> Monitor die Helligkeit einstellen

Dann scheint es fast so, als wenn Apple irgendeinen Chip oder so einbaut, damit der Helligkeitssensor und damit die Regulierung funktioniert.

Also die Helligkeitssensoren arbeiten. Tastaturbeleuchtung geht! Nur halt das Display Backlight kann leider nicht eingestellt werden.

Meinst du eigentlich die Ausleuchtung der Fläche (helle und dunkle Stellen) oder die Helligkeit des gesamten Displays in deinem ersten Beitrag?

Die Helligkeit. Die ist schätzungsweise auf der niedrigsten Stufe.

Das ist natürlich extrem nervig und anstrengend für die Augen. Helfen kann dir da wohl keiner. Display noch mal anschauen ob Kabelverbindungen richtig sitzen. Ansonsten zurückschicken.
