Ja, Du hast natürlich recht. Hätte ich aufmerksamer durchlesen sollen. Ich schaue mal, ob ich einen Boot-Stick erstellen kann und dann memtest direkt nutze.
 
Ok, also gibt es keine Möglichkeit den RAM zu testen?
 
So, ein Update zur Situation: Mein Plan war, wie von @eMac_man vorgeschlagen, externe Hardware vom Rechner zu trennen. Ich habe zwei externe Datenträger am Mini hängen für Backup-Zwecke. Einen davon habe ich entfernt. Seit dem gab es keinen Kernel Panic mehr. Das kann jetzt Zufall sein oder der wirkliche Grund. Ich werde das weiter beobachten. Bei dem getrennten Datenträger handelt es sich um eine Samsung Evo 970 in einer ICY BOX. Lief bisher problemlos. Ich werde weiter berichten.
 
Mit der Samsung EVO 970 hat es schon eineige Probleme gegeben. Schau mal bei Tante Gurgel.
Welche ICY Box hast du denn?

Ist eigendlich ein gutes Gehäuse. Ich würde das jetzt mal beobachten und wenn du bis Sonntag keine Abstütze mehr hast.
Dann ist der Übertäter ja gefunden.
Du kannst ja dann wenn es noch möglich ist die SSD reklamieren und eine bessere erwerben.

Aktueller Stand ist der, dass der Mini ohne den externen Datenträger über Tage keinen Absturz mehr hatte. So lange lief er mit ex. Datenträger niemals. Die betreffende SSD von Samsung würde ich also zurückgeben wollen. Diese hatte ich damals bei Amazon gekauft. Verpackung habe ich nicht mehr. Kann ich die einfach so (im gepolsterten Briefumschlag) zurückschicken?
 
Tja, obwohl der externe Datenträger nicht angeschlossen war, gab es doch wieder einen Kernel-Panic...

die Samsung software hat es bei mir einst geschafft,
dass das OS Monterey bei mir nicht mehr gestartet ist und nach dem installieren richtige probleme machte, damals,
mit viel mühe habe ich es wieder 'runter' gebracht

danach hatte ich keinerlei probleme mehr beim start ...

Seit dem ich am 20.01.24 den AutoMounter deinstalliert hatte, gab es keinen einzigen Absturz mehr... Ich werde die App jetzt neu installieren und sehen was passiert. Es gab ja zwischenzeitig ein Update des macOS. Eventuell wurde ja der Fehler behoben.
 
Jetzt hatte ich am Donnerstag wieder AutoMounter installiert. Und genau das, was AutoMounter machen soll, nämlich die Verzeichnisse des NAS mounten, funktioniert nicht :( . Jetzt mehrfach neu konfiguriert... Keine Ahnung was das jetzt wieder ist. Immerhin noch keinen Absturz gehabt.
