I found this utility useful when I wrote it, and despite popular belief several others have as well. I could not be more blatant about the lack of real security-- it's just a quick trick and I made no attempt, short of out right saying it, to hide that. However, this program has become more trouble then it is worth my time to share with the community. So the link is dead, and until I find time to re-write it more intuitively and include directions on things I thought where obvious not to do it will remain dead."
Und wenn man sich den folgenden Kommentar anschaut...

It took me about 45 seconds to figure out that it just creates an app named after your file/folder, and then places the original in a folder inside the package contents. So if you view package contents and list the invisible files, there you go. (I use Path Finder set to view invisible files, so it was right there.)
I'd actually say that using this app could make your files less secure, because once you assign a password to your file, it will make people curious and want to break in. Anyone who knows anything about OS X will easily be able to do so. However, it will definitely work OK against people who are not too technically inclined and are not terribly motivated to view your data."
...ist das auch nicht so schlimm.
