rEFIt startet nicht

Ich bin nach der simplen Installationsanleitung vorgegangen:

The steps to install rEFIt this way are as follows:

Download and mount the rEFIt-0.10.dmg disk image.
Double-click on the “rEFIt.mpkg” package.
Follow the instructions and select your Mac OS X installation volume as the destination volume for the install.
If everything went well, you’ll see the rEFIt boot menu on the next restart."

Hab rEFIt installiert, Ordner sind alle da, aber rEFIt taucht beim Starten des iMac nicht auf. Es wird stumpf OSX gebootet, so wie immer. Was mach ich falsch, wo liegt der Wurm?

Moin, klink mich hier auch mal ein.
(detto, versuchs mal damit in der Konsole "./enable.sh")

Habe das Problem, dass nach dem enablen von rEFIt der Bootloader da ist, ich also somit die verschiedenen OSs auswählen kann, aber sobald ich OSX (Leo) wieder boote, muss ich die enable Prozedur wiederholen. Auch ein "./enable-always.sh" brachte keine Abhilfe.

Da musst du noch irgendetwas im Terminal eingeben. Die datei müsste in irg. einem ordner von rEFit liegen.

und wie funkktioniert das nun? wollte auch win7 installieren aber das refit zeigt sich nicht.
