Hallo liebe Macuser Forengemeinde,

vorab, entschuldigt, falls es irgendwo schon eine Antwort auf meine Frage gibt, habe jedoch leider passende keine finden können...

Also, ich habe ein 13" MBP Late 2012 und das Problem, dass es manchmal einfach so, ohne ersichtlichen Grund, auszugehen scheint.
Es reagiert dann weder auf Tastendruck noch auf Klicken oder das Drücken des Ein/Aus-Schalters, zumindest nicht, soweit ich es erkennen kann.
Nach ungefähr 20 Sekunden geht es meist wieder "an", das unterscheidet sich minimal.

Es fährt nicht runter oder so, es startet dann wieder so, als hätte man es zugeklappt, jedoch hat es die WLAN Verbindung verloren und wirkt, als käme es aus dem Ruhemodus.

Das Problem ist nicht sonderlich störend, aber komisch, deshalb dachte ich, ich frage doch mal nach.

Interessanterweise trat das Problem beim Vorgänger, ein Macbook Pro Late 2006, bisweilen ebenfalls auf. Konnte mir damals auch keinen Reim darauf machen.
Habe aber kein Backup eingespielt, von daher wundert es mich, dass das Problem schon wieder vorkommt, habe nämlich viele Macbesitzer in meinem Bekanntenkreis, und niemand kennt das von mir beschriebene Verhalten.

Vielleicht weiß ja jemand von euch Hilfe!

In der Konsole mal nachsehen was es für Einträge um die Uhrzeit des Fehlers/Ereignisses gibt ("Alle Meldungen" im linken Teil des Fensters markieren!). Auch mal im Suchfeld der Konsole "fail" und "error" eingeben, um Fehlerursachen auf den Grund zu gehen. (Falls nicht bekannt, wie die Konsole gestartet wird: Im Menü des Mac oben rechts auf die Lupe klicken und im Suchfeld "Konsole" eingeben oder über Programme --> Dienstprogramme --> Konsole.)

Lade dir mal das kostenlose Programm EtreCheck runter und poste die Ergebnisse hier.

Ich kam leider gestern nicht mehr dazu, sie zu lesen...deshalb kann ich jetzt leider in der Konsole nicht den genauen Zeitpunkt ausmachen, wann die Sache passiert ist, weiß es nicht mehr genau...

Da fällt mir nichts ungewöhnliches auf. Also müssen wir warten bis es wieder passiert. Merke dir die genaue Uhrzeit und schaue dann in der Konsole nach.
Inzwischen kannst du mal den Vorschlag von Stargate umsetzen.

Nochmal zur Sicherheit… Der Mac geht mitten im Betrieb aus?

Okay alles klar, dann werde ich das nächste mal genau auf die Uhrzeit achten und in die Konsole schauen...

Also ich kann nicht 100%ig sagen was er tut, er verhält sich so, als ob er aus wäre, keine Reaktion auf irgendwelche Tasten und auch die Ein/Aus-Taste ruft keine Reaktion hervor. Das passiert einfach so, ohne vorherige Anzeichen. Manchmal nach dem Aufwecken aus dem Ruhemodus aber manchmal auch einfach mitten während der Benutzung.

Ein einziges mal machen. Behebt es das Problem nicht, weiter suchen.

Alternativ stellst du dir einen USB-Stick her mit einem frischen neu installieren Mac OS X.
Den Mac davon starten und schauen ob das Verhalten genau so ist.
 
So, ich habe jetzt gestern Abend das Problem sogar in Häufung erlebt!

Ich kam leider noch nicht dazu, den Safeboot zu machen, deshalb kann ich keine Aussagen darüber treffen, ob es hilft!
Mach ich aber jetzt sobald ich kann.

Kann jetzt ebenfalls aussagen, dass der Safeboot nichts geholfen hat, eben ist es wieder passiert.

Allerdings hat er womöglich ein Akkuproblem behoben, das muss ich mal im Auge behalten, das wäre ja dann auch schon mal toll!

EDIT: Okay, das mit dem Akku war auch ein Trugschluss ;)

Nur mal so… Hast du "Aktive Ecken" eingeschaltet? Kontrolliere das mal unter Systemeinstellungen → Mission Control → Aktive Ecken. Dort mal kontrollieren, ob da was steht, wie "Ruhezustand für Monitor".
 
Interessanter Tipp, aber da ist leider nichts, beim alten Macbook hatte ich das zwar an, aber beim neuen sind sie aus.
