ich habe mir den VLC player geholt da mir gesagt worden ist das man mit ihm region 1 dvds anschauen könne, aber das klappt nicht.
wie kann man denn code 1 dvds schauen ohne an seinem mac was kaputt zumachen?
 
Kann es sein dass du unter den Systemeinstellungen für CD & DVD noch immer den Apple DVD-Player drinstehen hast? Dann würde beim reinschieben automatisch der DVD-Player geladen und der bringt dir gleich ne Fehlermeldung bezüglich Ländercode.

Änder am besten die Einstellung oder beende nach der Fehlermeldung DVD-Player und starte VLC. Dann müsste es eigentlich gehen.
 
ja aber der player wird doch auch bei apple.com unter downloads anbegoten das kann doch nich sein das der alle codes spielt oder?
 
ich hab jetzt die systemeinstellungen umgestellt aber nach einer kleinen weile macht er das fenster einfach zu.

w habt ihr denn euren player runtergeladen? vielliecht hab ich einen komischen.

das klingt mir eher nach einer unlesbaren dvd (dreck ,kratzer, datei beschädigt), nicht nach einem code-problem.
 
aber das warren beide die ich getestet habe 2 nagel neue dvds.das kann nicht sein.
vieliecht habe ich eine falsche version oder man braucht ein plug in keine ahnung.

bitte um hilfe
 
Hassu vielleicht versucht mit Öffnen eine der VOB Dateien zu öffnen anstatt mit Disk Öffnen?
 
oh, mir fällt gerade noch ein: hast du die dvd mit doppelklick oder auf vlc-symbol ziehen geöffnet? ich glaube, dvd's funzen bei vlc nur richtig, wenn du sie über vlc->ablage... öffnest!
 
also ich bin mir grad die neue version am runterladen, ich öffne die dvd unter volume und dann ghets auch los aber nur einbischen vom anfang der dvd bez nur WARNING (der qutasch ama nfang halt) und dann geht das fenster zu und nix geht mehr
 
das funktioniert wirklich nich,aber ich weis mir auch nich mher zuhelfen.
es klappt immer nur der anfang und das wars.
dann geht alles zu (das fenster halt).kann es am laufwerk liegen?
 
Benutzt Du ein Powerbook oder Ibook? Die Superdrives sind manchmal empfindlicher für DVDs und ich hatte auch schon das Problem das manche DVDs einfach nicht abspielbar waren, obwohl es ohne Probleme auf einem Desktop Mac ging.
 
ja ich hab einen powerbook mit superdrive wahrscheinlich liegt es daran denn code 2 dvds spielt der player ohne probleme ab (der VLC)

naja dann liegt es wohl daran.
cracken kann an das laufwerk ja irgendwie nich sont macht man sich ja alles kaputt
 
Kleiner Tip:
Probier mal mit DVD-Backup ein Backup auf der Festplatte zu erstellen und sie dann zu lesen (Video_TS).

Ihr sehr das ein bisschen zu einfach. der Länderkode check basiert sowohl auf Hardware wie auch auf Software:

Software: Das ist richtig, VLC kann den Ländercode ignorieren
Hardware: leider ist das DVD laufwerk auch auf einen Ländercode eingestellt (und kann nur 5x gewechselt werden). Wenn du eine Code 1 DVD einlegst, verweigert das Laufwerk den Zugriff, und VLC kann gar nicht zugreifen:

Lösung: Firmware update deines DVD-Laufwerks. Dafür musst du aber wissen welches Gerät in deinem Mac drin ist. Ich selber hab ein Powerbook mit DVD-Brenner, dafür gibts eine Code-Free firmware (superdrive.cynikal.net)

du musst wohl oder übel etwas googlen, am besten mit den folgenden stichwörtern:

code-free firmware mac <Modellnummer deines Laufwerks>

ctopfel2 hat recht. außer: bei einer dvd mit nicht akzeptiertem code kommen keine fehlermeldungen, sie ist lediglich nur in schwarzweiß abspielbar! fehlermeldungen mit i/o-error deuten auf eine nicht lesbare datei hin...
 
also ich hab den alu powerbook 15'' 1.25 ghz im januar gekauft.
aber ich hab mir die site für die firmware angeschaut und das hört sich irgendwie bischen zu gefährlich an,ich will mir ja nix kaputt machen ne.
