Der Einfachheit halber zitiere ich meine Meldung an Bombich software:
As a generally very satisfied user I made the following observation, which after repeated tries I’m quite sure of. Please excuse my layman terminology, as I’m no system expert:
When adding a Recovery HD to a bootable partition, this partition gets changed into a “Logical Volume OS X Extended”, from being a former “SATA internal Physical Volume OS X Extended”. The other partition(s) remain SATA internal physical volume(s).
I have reason to assume, that this behavior was also with former beta versions of CCC.
I guess, that this is a bug and not a feature. Apart from giving you the information for analysis, I have 2 questions:
1. Must I expect unwanted system behavior in some parts of the OS caused by the change to logical volume? If yes, which?
2. Do you know of a good utility (suited for layman , which I could use for changing the logical volume back to “physical”?
I will supply screenshots from my OSX 10.11 public beta Disk Utility via the Help Desk, if possible.
