Video Chat mit Win Nutzer

Hallo,
vielleicht könnt Ihr mir helfen?

Beim Video Chat mit Win Nutzer funktioniert Text und Audio und er kann mich sehen , aber ich kann ihn nicht sehen. (sehe mich nur selber!)
Meine Konfig.:
Intel Mac; I Chat mit AOl Zugang
Seine Konfig.:
PC; Windows, Logitec Kamera, neuste AOL Version (Aim 1.2.76.1) allerdings als Beta

Das Problem müßte doch bei mir liegen, da ich ihn ja nicht sehen kann. Oder?

Sag ihm er soll die amerikanische AIM-Software nehmen, mit der müsste es funktionieren.
