UserEventAgent wächst auf 80GB und 99.9% nach High-Sierra Update

Hallo liebe Apple-User!

Seit 2-3 Tagen habe ich das Problem, dass mein iMac (Aug. 2015) nach dem Aufdrehen immer langsamer wird, bis nach etwa 20 Minuten komplett einfriert/abstürzt.
In der Aktivitätsanzeige habe ich dann prompt den Übeltäter ermittelt: UserEventAgent!
UserEventAgent fängt beim Start schon zum wachsen an und nach drei-vier Minuten ist er bereits 15GB (Speicher) groß und wuchs zuletzt auf 80GB bis der iMac dann abstürzte. Wohlgemerkt ohne dass irgendwelche Programme/Anwendungen aktiv wären!
Die CPU Auslastung durch den Prozess UserEventAgent ist konstant bei 99,9%.
Speicherdruck: maximum.

Ich vermute es hängt mit dem Update (auf High Sierra) zusammen, den sich mein iMac vor 2-3 Tagen genehmigte. Leider hat er das autonom durchgeführt, ohne dass ich es gewollt hätte (macht er sonst nie). Am nächsten Tag hatte ich das typische Bildschirm zum einrichten des Geräts.
Da ich es nicht vor hatte upzudaten, ist mein TM-Backup auch nicht so frisch, sondern bereits 9 Tage alt, weshalb ich nicht unbedingt zurückkehren will. 9 Tage Arbeit zu verlieren wäre ziemlich ungut.

Ich habe das Ganze auch am Gastaccount des iMac angeschaut und siehe da: UserEventAgent bleibt dort unabhängig davon welche Anwendung ich starte immer im Bereich 5-10MB. Anscheinend wächst er nur im Admin-Account.

Cache habe ich auch schon bereinigt.
Was kann ich tun, um UserEventAgent dauerhaft zu stoppen?

Alles gelöscht, hat allerdings nichts verändert.

Die Frage ist nicht "Ich hab gelöscht" sondern wie du gelöscht hast. Einfach in den Papierkorb ziehen geht bei den beiden Programmen nicht so ohne weiteres.

War mit klar.
1. Du installierst CleanMyMac neu.
2. Du installierst AVG neu (Hier solltest du eine Deinstallationsroutine angeboten bekommen wenn du das Programm dann zum 2. male installieren willst!)
3. EtreCheck hast du und ist immer unerlässlich hier
4. Du darfst dir neben EtreCheck genau noch 2 Tools laden:
a) Appcleaner, kostenlos und
b) EasyFind, kostenlos
a+b sind neben EtreCheck die (fast) Garantie für ein sauberes System. Man muss diese Tools dann auch exakt in dieser Reihenfolge nutzen.

AVG habe ich zwar nicht am Rechner, aber ich probiere mal ufo2010's Anleitung mal aus. Vielleicht hilft es auch bei mir. Ansonsten wird es wahrscheinlich der 13-Monat-Fehler sein...
