USB Laufwerk nicht erkannt

Seit Update auf El Capitan wird ein USB Laufwerk (USB 3.0) nicht mehr erkannt. Unter Yosemite hat sich das Laufwerk
nie auffällig verhalten. Ich muss das Laufwerk abstecken , wieder dran stecken, vielleicht nochmal, dann funktioniert es.

Ich sehe ein paar Fehler Meldungen:

Es sieht nicht so aus, als handle es sich um ein Hardware Problem, vielmehr sieht es nach einem El Capitan Problem aus.

Wenn ja welche Version und ist diese El Capitan kompatibel?

Das sieht wirklich so aus, also ob VMWare Fusion 7 nicht durch El Capitan unterstützt wird.
